"action news" reporter jeff chirico is live at northeast detectives with the full story, jeff? >> reporter: well, walter philadelphia police released that surveillance camera video just a few hours ago. they hope someone watching right now will recognize the the man, report his whereabouts and help get him off the street. let's show you who we're talking about. this is the man they are looking for. he is 5 feet seven and 30 years old. police say he boarded route 56 bus on torresdale avenue friday afternoon, but could not pay the the fair. the the driver told him to get off at the next stop at paul and torresdale avenue but when he would not, a passenger tipped off that the suspect was delaying the bus pushed him out. the suspect ran back in, attacked and allegedly stabbed the man in the head, neck and abdomen. the the brawl spilled out in the street and was caught by surveillance camera at a nearby business. the the suspect, took off, now let's show you this guy one

hundreds of local kids are making moves to make sure that their lives remain on the positive, and productive track. they took part in the ninth annual check mate violence chess marathon right there at temple university. the program promotes safe, beneficial after school programs, new police commissioner richard ross stopped by to check out the the intense competition. hundreds of the middle will schoolers spent their day competing in the city design competition. action cam on the scene at archbishop carol high school in radnor for the future city competition. the students from 40 schools, presented their ideas, to revolutionize solid waste management the systems in the future. hundreds of young people in the camden and their families attended a fair to learn more about their options for public school. superintendent raymond right hand forward was there to welcome everyone. it is part of the new camden enrollment program giving family their choice in enrolling any of the cities 35 schools. in north philadelphia kindergarteners and their

parents were shopping for schools as well. for the first time great philly schools.org, hosted a fair for parents to give them a better understanding about public, private, and charter school options for their kid. a similar fair will be held next month in west philadelphia. tax season is fast approaching so today volunteers helped their neighbors, file their taxes for free. they gathered at the free library of philadelphia in spring garden. united way and campaign for working families hosted the event for families earning $53,000 or less. they also a announced the opening of more than 30 tax preparation sites all across the delaware valley.
