governmental troops are going door to door to track mosquitoes believed to be spreading the virus. currently there is no vaccine, so eliminating mosquito breeding areas has become the first line of defense. more than 4,000 cases of the virus, have been diagnosed, in brazil. well, time is running out to sign up for health insurance this year under the the affordable care act. tomorrow is the last chance to sign up for coverage, that will take effect in march. if you are eligible and you do not sign up, you may be subject to a 700-dollar fine on your next years tax bill. the government hopes to sign up about 10 million people. children from across delaware showed up to a makeshift doctors's office for an important check up to day. a program called heart in the game offered free heart screenings at du pont middle school right the there in wilmington. children and their parents also received some training and performing cpr. hundreds of middle schooler spent their day competing in the city design competition. our action cam stopped by carol high school in radnor

for the the future city competition. students from 40 schools, presented their ideas to revolutionize, solid waste management the systems in the future. and hundreds of young people from camden along with their families attended a huge fair today to learn more about their options for public schools. superintendent raymond, was there to welcome everybody. it is all part of the new camden enrollment program, giving families their choice oven role in any of the cities 35 schools. in north philadelphia, kindergarteners and their parents were shopping for schools as well. for the the first time great philly schools.org hosted a fair for parents to give them a better understanding of public, private, and charter school officials for their kids. a similar fair will be held next month in west philadelphia. hundreds of local kid are making moves to make sure that their lives remain in the positive and productive track. they took part in the the ninth annual check mate violence chess marathon, at temple university. the program promotes safe,

world. nasa's curiosity mars rover snapped this selfie on the red planet the showing off terrain where it has been working for past five months. selfie is a combination of 57 images taking from the rover's robotic arm. the self portrait shows curiosity at a so-called dune, where it has been digging in the dune collecting samples for lab analysis. nasa says we're learning more about where the moon came from. evidence comes from rocks brought back by the the apollo astronauts more than 40 years ago. scientists had a theory that the moon formed after a small planet collided with the earth. they now say crash was a head on collision four and a half billion years ago not a glancing blow as thought. the impact release aid chunk of earth that became a one and only moon. evident is identical chemical signature, between the the moon roxanne volcanic rocks found in hawaii and arizona. i'm glad we weren't here for that. time for a check of the
