in philadelphia laying a coating of a melting agent before the snow falls late tonight into tomorrow morning. meteorologist, cecily tynan, is live at the big board. >> this looks like a slush hour instead of a rush hour. stormtracker 6 live double scan showing this is the same system i was talking about yesterday that brought us rain, we have parts of new jersey and delaware now, the front extends from new england down to the gulf coast and what is going on it stalled. there is low pressure developing along that and what it will do is really back this precipitation farther inland to the west and also pulling down cold air from the north and from the upper atmosphere and that will gradually change that to snow in the overnight hours. a winter weather advisory posted for most of our viewing area

unless this is a coastal storm. the moisture is closer to the coast and this goes into effect at 1:00. until 10:00 tomorrow morning. this is an event that is focused on the event. it's more about the timing than the amount. the band of snow right over us, over south jersey and not much happening in the northern suburbs, this is what to expect, the precipitation starts as rain and changes over from midnight to 5:00 in the morning, the morning rush hour is snowy with reduce the visibilities and a lot of this will melt on roads, the roads will get slushy and i'll talk specifically how much snow where you live coming up in the accuweather forecast. >> thank you cecily. traffic conditions starting a half hour earlier than normal at 4:00 a.m. police say a motorist crashed into a bus and the driver of the car was killed and the bus overturned. four students suffered minor injuries but a bus aide was seriously hurt. gray hall is live in camden. what is the story there? >> reporter: well, that bus aide is still recovering. she is 82-year-old vera cole listed in critical but stable condition and the other person remaining in the hospital after the fatal. >> there was a big crash like metal hitting metal and you heard screeching and dragging and i'm going to assume that is when the bus turned over it was loud. >> the sounds are lasting and the images unforgettable when

the crash involving a school bus ended with someone dead. people living nearby are still rattled. >> i was shocked and scared. i was like oh my god i didn't know what to think. 43-year-old larry waller of bridgeton new jersey was driving a toyota rav 4 and crossed the lane and hit the school bus state police say that waller died at the scene and the impact forced the bus off the road where it overturned. onlookers took this video as they assisted students off the bus. >> how can you explain someone coming out of the vehicle that got smashed. they were highly upset and shaken. >> the students were headed to pine land learning center, ages 7 to 17 along with they are bus driver was taken to the hospital for minor injuries and a bus

the six bedroom home was on the market for $800,000. the schuylkill trail in philadelphia is once again the scene of teenagers causing real trouble. lawmen arrested four juveniles and police are on the alert for more. sara bloomquist is live at the spring garden overpass. what are the details here? >> reporter: jim police have arrested and charged to 16-year-olds and two 17-year-olds in connection with the violent attack last night. prior incidents including two sunday night are still under investigation. this has been an ongoing problem here on the trail and city leaders are working on ways to make it safer, the hope is ta these arrests help. >> this is happening for months now. people that lose the schuylkill river trail know about the attacks that are happening here in recent months. teenage boys out on bicycles harassing people.

>> i heard it was younger kids on bikes, that is concerning because we use this trail a lot. >> someone spent a fortune doing this so we could all appreciate it. and whoever did that should also be out here protecting it. >> police stepped up the patrols and the attacks stopped and sun night the teens were back and they targeted two men demanding cell phones and cash and then pulled a gun on a man and demanded cell phones and belonging and he refused to unlock the phone and they beat him. >> he handed over his items, a cell phone and bag and laptop and he refused to unlock the phone and they began to purge and kick this individual and it's barbaric and doesn't make sense. >> they caught up with two of the suspects and found them with the victim's phone and a b.b.

reduced. main roads like i-95 and the schuylkill are wet and side roads will be slushy and the snow falling at a good rate that could cause sticking on the roads. more snow along the coast, north and west of the pennsylvania turnpike, a coating to a slushy inch on grassy surfaces and then there is a zone we are seeing heavier snow that will accumulate. northern atlantic county and eastern burlington county and ocean county, this could get more than 3 inches of snow, this is the bull's-eye for our region. it's out of here by midmorning and the afternoon will see a good amount of sunshine and temperatures in the 40s and windchills in the 30s and looking and feeling like winter tomorrow. the exclusive accuweather forecast morning snow and afternoon sun and it will be windy and 44 degrees, a quiet weekend 47 on saturday and sunday up to 53 and then things get interesting early next week,
