persuade the homeless to seek shelter tonight. friday night and the big story on "action news" tonight is this request from frustrates take care of yourself this weekend, and please be mindful of your neighbors especially those who may have difficulty looking out for themselves. we also have to contend with snow squals moving through overnight and into tomorrow. this is the way it looked, in the east falls section of philadelphia tonight. we will go to "action news" reporter chad pradelli in logan square in a minute but first lets get a cheer idea what we're talking about with these expect brutal temperatures, cecily tynan with double scan radar, and the latest from accu weather. >> jim, double scan radar picking up those snow showers right now. of course, chester county moving out of berks county and montgomery county. honey brook, coatsville head ago cross the pennsylvania turnpike. the there is one, kind of steadier band of snow right the now, right over morgan town. but i want to stress that the

snow is not the big deal. what the big deal is this arctic front that is triggering this snow showers, double scan wide is showing that right now that front is still out to the west. lake effect snow to the northwest of us. this front will be slicing through our region overnight. what this will do is open up the door for very intense wind gusts and very cold temperatures. so wind chill advisory has been posted for entire viewing area. 6:00 o'clock tomorrow night through 9:00 o'clock sunday. wind chill warning in the poconos. we're looking at wind chills. we have not felt since last year. poconos it will be brutal. wind chills sunday morning, 20 below to 30 below. philadelphia through lehigh valley we are looking at 15 below to 20 below. even areas to the south, warmest part of the viewing area, wind chills still dangerously low. ten below, 15 below, i'll break down temperatures throughout the weekend. we will track our next winter storm moving in on monday coming up with the full accu weather forecast, jim.

block of neilson street, in january. january 27th. well, tonight the police say they have arrested 25 year-old kahif edward, four days later and charged him with murder and theft. police are searching for rasheed tancemore in connection with the crime. is there a $20,000 reward for any information, leading to his arrest. bill cosby is fighting back against a ruling of the montgomery county judge. it was earlier this month, when judge steven o'neill, denied cosby's request to have sex a assault charges against him dismissed, because cosby was supposedly had been offered immunity by then district attorney bruce castor in 2005. cosby has been charged with drugging and sexually violating andrea constand, now cosby will appeal to common pleas court ruling to state superior court. septa is looking for suspects believed to be teenagers who pelted a route 60 bus with stones.

sunday wind will actually diminish by the afternoon with this arctic high right over us. this high pressure doesn't stick around long. it moves out on monday. what this does is allow the storm system to ride up from the southwest, pretty good agreement on the track of that storm. it will take a slight inland track. what that means it will pull in warmer air but it will start out as snow. coat to go about 3 inches monday afternoon into monday evening. a period of icing at night before it changing over to a soaking rain tuesday. could get one to 2 inches of rain. problem is the ground will be frozen, run off issues could cause localized flooding. the exclusive accu weather seven day forecast, 19 the high, early temperatures falling, valentines day, cuddle up, high of 16. record lows in the morning. monday bump it up to 33 degrees. snow showers arriving in the afternoon and evening. the icing monday night and all rain on tuesday, heavy rain, look at that high up to 52 degrees and then wednesday,
