the specifics are under seal but we know all defendants were bound by confidentiality clauses after cosby and constand settled a civil suit in 2005. the allentown police officer shot while serving a warrant last night is it out of the hospital and doing well. authorities say the initial case was related to the homicide investigation of the woman who was found stuck in a recycling bin just blocks away. officials say they now know who she is but are not naming her until her family can be told what happened. the shoot-out with the officer, he is in critical condition and the connection to the homicide, if any, not revealed. doctors are treating a 3-year-old boy struck by a hit-and-run driver tonight in the tacony section of philadelphia. and chopper 6 over the scene in the 6300 block of dittman street as the young victim was transported and as he arrived by

ambulance at the hospital for children. he is stable and expected to be ok. police have just released this description of the suspected striking vehicle, a dark green 1998 dodge conversion van with a lighter green stripe on the side. it was last seen heading west. temple university hospital engaged in some life-and-death education tonight. the students, potential first responders living in high-crime neighborhoods.
