meteorologist cecily tynan. >> we have not one, but two weather systems i am tracking. the first area of the rain that will be sliding to our south tomorrow, generally light rain. however, there is a second storm and this is a much more powerful storm. and that will be cutting up to our west on wednesday. and that could bring us heavy rain, even some thunderstorms and gusty winds. futuretracker showing the timing of the first wave of rain, it will begin to creep up from the south around 8:00 tomorrow morning of the morning rush depends on where you are. south of philadelphia there will be some rain, so allow a little extra time. it will be light. dry to the north. temperatures in the mid to upper 30's, it's not going to be snow here. there could be a touch of snow in the lehigh valley. this is the appetizer to the main course. tomorrow light rain, rainfall looking at about a quarter to half inch. the main course wednesday afternoon, wednesday night. this could be a soaker, up to an inch and a half of rain and gusty thunderstorms. talking more about that in the

pennsylvania is right in the middle of the controversy. live in the satellite center is "action news" reporter walter perez. and you have got the details? >> jim, it stems from a misquote in the story posted in the student-run paper the "daily pennsylvanian" and tweeted by a member of the cruz campaign. that official resigned his post. it started with staffers from the "daily pennsylvanian" shot this video in south carolina this past weekend. you see marco rubio walking past ted cruz's father and the cruz campaign worker who is reportedly holding a bible. the controversy stems from the comment rubio makes after seeing that bible. >> the "daily pennsylvanian" at first reported that rubio referencing the bible said, "not many answers in there" and ted cruz's communication director rick tyler spread the story on social media but it was a misquote. >> i know exactly what i said. i said the answer to every

going to confrontation today claiming a bill before the new jersey legislator would amount to a state takeover of atlantic city and strip residents of civil and constitutional rights. the bill is supported by governor christie. and it would give the state the power to cancel union contracts, sell city assets and city land, and declare bankruptcy. guardian uttered what sounded like fighting words. >> the final piece of legislation that this state presented to us was far from a partnership. it was much worse, it was absolutely a fascist dictatorship. this is an insult to democracy and to american citizens living in atlantic city. >> christie responded saying the taxpayers of all of new jersey can no longer be asked to bail out atlantic city. a former miss new jersey who held the crown in 2013 died this

morning from injuries suffered in a car crash. police say 24-year-old cara mccollum driving alone last tuesday when they are vehicle spun off route 55 and hit a tree and they say that mccollum was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of her crash. her family said she decided to donate her organs shortly before she died. the federal prosecutors have gone to court to force apple to help the f.b.i. break into the san bernardino terrorist farooq's iphone. apple c.e.o. tim cook continues to say nothing doing. we are apparently talking about that point where national security and the security of iphone users everywhere meet face-to-face. and christie is live. >> at the heart of the debate,

attorneys deposed bill cosby's wife today inside of a hotel in massachusetts. camille cosby answered questions under oath in a defamation lawsuit filed in massachusetts by seven women who accused her husband of sexual assault. the lawyer for the women say cosby spend about 2 1/2 hours answering questions and the rest of the time back and forth on what she could or should answer. camille cosby's next deposition in the case scheduled for next month. the cost of healthcare becoming an every-bigger burden on consumers, we all know that. many socked with the expensive medical bills they never anticipated. and in tonight's special report, showing you ways to figure out pricing and how to shop around for the medical service you need. known as the full snow moon. and allentown 37, millville 33, atlantic city airport 34 and wilmington 37 degrees. and satellite 6 along with action radar showing the first wave of rain is getting closer. it's moving into southern virginia. what this low pressure will do, it will really track to our south. so we'll get brushed with generally light rain. futuretracker showing around 7:30 in the morning is when we begin to see light rain breaking out in the far southern zones. it tracks to the north and you can see a little bit of snow is possible in the lehigh valley and the poconos. maybe a grassy coating before it changes over to rain there and a quick hit of rain that is out of here by tomorrow night. then getting a little bit of a breather overnight. and then wednesday morning, light rain generally west of philadelphia. but wednesday afternoon and wednesday night is when a powerful storm system will track to the west. what that does, it pulls up warm air. we are in the warm sector of the storm, but there is a lot of precipitation with this. looking at heavy rain, an inch

to an inch and a half of rain. also the potential for gusty thunderstorm, win gusts up to about 60 miles per hour and could cause localized street flooding. and the cold front on thursday could bring us additional showers. basically three days of unsettled weather but not raining the entire three days. just the waves of rain. it will be chilly, yesterday and saturday in the 60's, and today 53, and tomorrow only 42 degrees. wednesday afternoon and evening heavy rain, perhaps a thunderstorms. we will likely hit that late wednesday night close to midnight. and thursday breezy and mild and possibility of showers as the cold front rolls through. 57 degrees. behind the cold front we see the run of sunshine. finally on friday. but it's chilly, 42. and it's very windy. wind gusts up to 40, 45 miles per hour. but just in time for the weekend our weather settles down. saturday looking beautiful and lots of sunshine, 43.
