in other news tonight police are looking for a well dressed customer whom they say opened fire on a employees, at the a north philadelphia restaurant. it happened at the church's chicken on broad street following an argument. "action news" reporter jeff chirico is live at temple university hospital where employee was shot is being treated and jeff, you have new details tonight. she was shot three times. we are getting conflicting information about her condition right now but the motive is unbelievable. apparently, the customer was angry, when an employee was simply doing his job, cleaning and cooking. >> bam, bam, bam. the person he wanted to shoot, he didn't shoot, he shot his brother. >> reporter: keith parker was simply eating dinner a at church's chicken on north broad street when gunfire rang out. >> why me, why me. >> reporter: fellow customers sprayed bullets in the restaurant apparently angry with an employee who was cleaning tables, near his.

shooter. we're live from temple university hospital, jeff chirico, channel six "action news". >> thanks, jeff. two philadelphia police officers are recovering tonight after being hit by an allege drunk driver early this morning. crash took place at 4:30 this morning along 100 block of 52nd street in west philadelphia a police say driver of the lincoln navigate or rear ended a park police wagon. impact pushed wagon in the patrol car. two officers inside the wagon and driver of the lincoln were taken to penn presbyterian medical center with non-life threatening injuries. police say they found what happened to be drugs inside that lincoln navigator. the driver faces several charges including dui. police in philadelphia are also working to determine if drunk driving was behind this crash, in the city's logan section. six people were injured. this crash occurred at 2:30 this morning when the driver of the chevy slammed into an acura on old york road. impact sent the acura in the wall there. two people in the car had to be extricated and four men
