time. the woman says her husband, who is a retired firefighter and credits his skills with saving her life. both got out okay as did the driver of that truck. a northampton man is accused of killing a toddler by fracturing her skull. gary foley jr. called 911 and told police the little girl was choking on a piece of hot dog but an autopsy revealed a skull fracture and they ruled it a homicide. the girl's mother was not there at the time but they say that foley moved in the week before after the couple met online. the couple live there had with three other children and they described conditions in the home as deplorable. >> dirty dishes on the counter and tabletop and garbage piled up with bugs crawling on the counter top and table and the

they held their second annual saint pat's peas day party and they got a package of green peas to plant. this is traditionally considered the start of the planting season nationwide. people can now pay court costs and fines owed to the state of delaware with kiosks. they were installed today set up in the dmv's in wilmington and georgetown, the systems were operated by touch play, they can be used to pay child support. the philadelphia middle schooler got a big honor from fire commissioner derek sawyer, amy mccaffrey won the fire department's essay contest. she beat out other entries from students across the city and today commissioner sawyer paid a special visit to abby's school
