sun, light rain falling at the moment. but change over to snow a little bit later and that could accumulate enough to make for a slow early morning commute. meteorologist melissa magee is at the big board with the first check of the accu weather forecast, melissa. >> for the first day of spring we are tracking that snow and it looks like what you will find depend on your location at least the amount. we have a winter weather advisory east of philadelphia a, where ocean, southern burlington, and atlantic counties. the advisory goes up at 7:00 this evening lasting through 6:00 a a.m. on monday because we will track a period of light snow. the here's storm tracker six live double scan radar and there will be a sharp cut off with this precipitation this evening, and during overnight hours. notice mixed precipitation moving in the i the 95 metro area and to the south we have got rain from surf city down to cape may, west ward into dover. little tire on street level and notice that mixed precipitation end in philadelphia rain and wet snow at this hour. wilmington is dealing with the chilly rain.

lets switch live to "action news" reporter jeff chirico with a look at how road crews in new jersey are preparing for this spring snowfall, jeff. >> reporter: sarah, it is a cold rain falling right now, a long route 30 but we are expecting, as melissa said for temperatures to drop and this rain, to turn to snow. we were in camden county earlier and you could tell this blast of winter, is a bit late, as we saw some light flakes, falling on the flowers there in camden county. people we spoke with had a few choice words for old man winter as he rolls through town on this first day of spring. although he is not welcomed camden county's public works department is, preparing, at the salt shed in lindenwald officials said more than 100 pieces of equipment have been loaded and ready to treat roadways in time for the morning commute, if needed. >> we will make sure that all of the motorist that are out there that are or count/roads are passable, however, do keep

and, last night behind archbishop ryan high school will in northeast philadelphia a victim told police he was with friend around 10:30 when two teens came up and offered to sell them narcotics. a fight broke out. more young men a arrived, one was armed with the gun and shot the victim in the leg. police stopped two teens in the a area. no charges yet. archbishop ryan officials say there is no indication any students from the school were involved. a fire caused serious damage to a home in the cities brewerytown section today. the blaze broke out around 2:00 in the house in the 1400 block of north 30th street. fire fighters arrived to find heavy flames from the second floor and "action news" viewer shot that video. no injuries were reported. investigators are still working to figure out what caused the fire. a delaware county congregation whose church was damaged by fire on friday night held a palm sunday day services today. the parishioners worshiped at darby recreation center this morning. their church and day care inside were damaged by a two
