station just before the deadly attack. and authorities trying to find this believed to have escaped. and they left behind essential clues. people find what appears to be a suicide note on a laptop in a garbage can, saying he was no longer knowing what to do, in a bad situation and if he did not act immediately he would be in a prison cell like him. they believe it's a reference to salah abdeslam. one of the suspects finally captured last week. police believe that abdeslam's arrest may have caused the terror cell to panic and accelerate the attacks leaving 31 people dead including sebastian bell who was injured and spoke to abc news.

a barrage of phone calls out of concern. they believe the video was shot in january and they are in contact with the man and juvenile. they are not related and not contacted to each other. >> we would like to speak to everybody involved. police say it has taken on a life of its own. the public is called for an immediate arrest. >> if the public would give us time and let us do our investigation and if it's deemed that charges should be signed. we'll sign the charges but we want to do a thorough investigation. >> and many are posting violent threats towards the aggressor and posting his parents address where he no longer lives. >> lets take it easy or take the law into your own hands, and do something we may have to charge you with. >> on top of the threats posted.

there are some fake accounts posted. including one of the alleged aggressor saying he was going to kill himself. they say he is safe. and that the juvenile is okay, he is safe and he didn't sustain any major injuries. reporting live in west depford, new jersey, channel 6 "action news." >> thank you. a murder investigation is underway in kensington. a person was shot and killed before 2:00 this morning and at least 13 shots were fired on in kensington. it was a rough morning commute for drivers in delaware, their cars were hit by an axle that fell off the back of a trash truck on i-95 northbound in newport and one driver was injured. several lanes were shut down as police cleaned up the mess. now to accuweather on a

beautiful spring thursday, sky 6 hd showing us penn's landing it's sunny and warm in the region. david murphy is tracking the mild conditions. >> it will get milder this afternoon as we head in through most of the region. it's easy to see swa in play here. we have precipitation off to the north and this is in association with the warm front and an area of low pressure west of chicago ain cold front triggering showers to the north and west and this is moving to the east but won't get here with shower related activity until the wee hours of the morning and into tomorrow's commute. we have the typical flow of air from the southwest and bunching a lot of warm air up into our region. there is a counter flow that is actually trying to push down to the north and meeting in between here so the south and central parts of the region will get milder than points to the north and east.

and along the shore we have an issue with the wind direction. currently 58 in philadelphia, we are getting close to 60, warmer than we were earlier this morning. 59 in wilmington and allentown is up into the upper 50s and trenton 55 and notice the winds are coming up from the south, the warm direction but a little bit of a flow coming in off the ocean with the other flow trying to come down off the areas to our north and you can sort of see it here. what is happening is we are winding up with a frontal boundary popping through the north and eastern sections of the region and i think we'll get mild in philadelphia but some of these areas cooler and with that flow coming off the cool ocean water, areas down at the shore also probably stuck in the 60s. what are we looking at in terms of temperatures, if we can break through with the milder air we expect 72 in philadelphia and 58 the overnight low well above
