rain at the end of the holiday weekend. four people died in delaware apartment building. the search is on for a terror suspect. police want to see if he is connected to the belgium attack. but first, breaking right now, a truck flipped on its side in center city. this right here you're looking at this is a live picture of the ramp of 6th street on to 676 that is currently closed while the cleanup continues. outside we have video from the scene for you. police say that the driver somehow lost control causing the truck to overturn spilling the load of scrap metal on to the road. the driver was taken to had hade hospital and will be okay. let's get you caught up with the exclusive accuweather seven-day forecast. it started out chilly, chris.

developing right now, the coast guard has ramped up the search for several boaters missing off the jersey coast. three or four people believed to have been fishing that capsized off brigantine. coast guard searched for the people but came up empty handed. brigantine police say they are not involved in the search and that no one was reported missing from their town we'll follow this story on air and online at 6abc.com. your time 9:02, this morning the search for answers continues after a tragedy in wilmington. four people and a dog died inside apartments there investigators want to know if carbon monoxide poisoned them. jeff chirico talked to the victim's relatives. >> reporter: sources say the boiler room is the focus of the investigation into what might have killed the four people at hidden valley apartment. edward dunphy said he alerted authorities to a potential

problem when he couldn't reach his brother. my mother and i were calling for two days, i come here three times a day. >> reporter: dunphy said police found the bodies of his mother 60-year-old karl dunphy his girl friend and another friend and their dog. officers began to evacuate the building and discovered another deceased subject inside a different apartment. >> reporter: new castle county police say emergency crews got high readings of carbon monoxide. many were checked out, seven were taken to the hospital including three children. is it apparently that it was carbon monoxide poisoning. it's an environmental factor but we have to figure out what it is. the red cross is finding residence to place to stay until it's time to return to the building. dunphy is grieving and waiting for answers for what claimed so many lives.

fell into the schuylkill expressway. he was taken to temple university hospital and he was checked out. he is okay. there's breaks news overnight, the search is on for another suspected terrorist. police want to know if he was part of a brussels attack. the airport the target of the attack will be closed until tuesday. the city is very much on edge. >> reporter: bomb squad moves in a suspected terrorist on the ground after being shot by police in the leg, the shattered glass of a trans stop all around him. the second shot. >> reporter: a neighbor's cell phone video caught the moment. a mantua young girl he tells her to hum over. the man on the ground motionless holding on to the bag while the

bomb squad approaches and the man dragged away by police, his identity unknown. one of nine arrested in on going raise since tuesday's attack on the airport and metro station that left 31 dead and 300 wounded. they are hunting for this man, a syrian. investigators believe he is very dangerous and possibly armed. he is believed to have been involved in the paris and brussels attacks. the two now clearly linked after it was revealed that the airport suicide bomber on the left is believed to be the bombmaker who made the explosives for paris where his dna was found in the aftermath. eyewitnesses from inside the airport show the full power of the explosives. fire ignited and fire everywhere and the sounds of scream. the manhunt focusing on two other people. the third man at the airport, the hat and tan jacket in the

9:31 new information to tell you about this morning, turns out a man found lying in a north philadelphia street was shot there. he did not survive. right now police are looking for the purpose of the shooter. the action cam was on the scene 15 hunt block of north 19th street before 1:00 a.m. the victim was shot multiple times he was rushed to the hospital where he died. this holiday weekend hundreds are taking a stands against violence, dozens of religious leaders and church goers and residents are taking to the streets to protest violence. dann cuellar has the story. >> reporter: as many as 300 people carrying t-shirts of those killed in gun violence marched through the streets in germantown. we bless this day with holy water, sect aside the sacred site. >> reporter: they marched to a number of sites where people
