new this morning, 6 people were hurt at a nasty crash in new castle county delaware overnight. investigators say two cars collided at east market and marshall street in another at 3:30 a.m. the impact flipped a vehicle over on to its roof. four people were taken to the hospital. two people were treated at the scene. a carbon monoxide leak forced several businesses and people in philadelphia to evacuate overnight. police and firefighters were called to the 200 block of chestnut street in old city after 1:00 a.m.. a detecter alerted people in the apartment above the business of the high levels of gas, the bar and restaurant were evacuated. crews determined a faulty heater was responsible, nobody was hurt. the owner's of a wilmington apartment complex say a faulty boiler pipe killed four people

and a dog this happened at the evergreen apartments at riverside heights. the boiler in question passed the require state inspection, but they found mechanical issues in other buildings which led to more evacuations while repairs were made. people were allowed back into their homes. a philadelphia flight was canceled because the could pilot failed the beth alieser -- breathalyzer test, the flight to michigan was put on hold before takeoff. faa forbids a pilot to operate a plain within 8 hours of drinking a plane or with a alcohol level of .4 or greater. american airlines released a statement saying the company is assisting with the investigation and will handle the matter appropriately.
