when he jumped the route 130 barrier into the southbound lanes, the driver sped off only to be captured at 29th and clinton in camden, at the home of relatives. she is identified as susan highland of beverly, new jersey. she was driving the car belonging to her niece. faulk was in the car when the accident took place. she felt guilty and made a clandestine call to the police. >> she made the call and then disconnected the call because she thought she was being overheard. >> they were able to trace the ping to the cell phone and caught up with clinton who was trying to escape out the back door. >> people are shaken by the loss of the pennsauken high student. >> this is painful. he could be here if she would

under the influence had a blood alcohol of twice the limit and that john mcguire had a strong odor of liquor and mouth wash. the second pilot on the plane contacted authorities shortly of that mcguire is set to be arraigned next week. and three medics are receiving treatment after an accident this afternoon. police say that a car crashed into -- three medics inside of the ambulance suffered minor injuries and the driver of the car refused treatment. septa police are trying to identify a group of young children that drove the market frank ford l last thursday. the video shows the children behaving in an unspeakable manner and police say the kids need help. live in center city is "action news" reporter, dann cuellar. >> reporter: no sooner was the video aired on "action news" and
