salvation army store in 2013. stray bullets flew into a home with 12 people inside including children. the shooter was targeting a man outside of the home on wagner in olney. annie mccormick is live with more. >> reporter: police say that the 911 calls came in after multiple shots were called at 9:30 last night. they said that several shots hit the home with dozens of people inside with children 6 months to 6 years. shell casings littering the outside of the home in the olney section of the city. i man was shot at and ran inside of this ready. 12 people were at home at the time of the shooting, including the youngest a 6-month-old baby. two bullets went through the front of the house and one shattered a window. >> was hit twice and the house

>> hi sara, we had widespread freeze this morning, a cold start to the day, we dipped to 13 in mt. pocono and 29 in allentown and 29 in philadelphia and atlantic city 22 degrees. that is a new record low for us, the low was 24 set in 182, it's unusually cold. usually we have an overnight low of 41. satellite 6 along with action radar showing we still have the sunshine and you can see the clouds coming in from the north and west season the rain is not all that far behind it. and that will impact us tomorrow, today we have a dry day and the sunshine and we'll see a few more clouds filter in during the afternoon hours but we stay dry today and tomorrow is the wet one. 47 degrees and we rebounded nicely. 44 in allentown and 45 in trenton and 48 in dover, delaware. it's been up and down. something of a spring seesaw. saturday's high 65 and dropped

the university of texas in austin is beefing up security after a woman was found murdered on campus. the body was discovered in a creek near the alumni center. police have not identified the woman. sources say she was a ut student. they are doing everything possible to ensure student safety but do not believe there say threat to students. a man's escape from a raining wild fire was captured by a news crew in arizona. a husband and wife storm chasing team pulled up and let the man into their truck just in time. no injuries have been reported. a 9-year-old reporter that

wrote about a suspected killer in her neighborhood. she got a tip and went to the scene and post aid story on her website orange street news.com and many locals were not happy, they posted negative comments urging her to quote, play with dolls, instead of being a journalist. hildy posted a journalist in response. >> if you want me to stop offering news. have you to go out and do something about it. there is that kid enough for you. >> she has run the orange street news since 2014, she gets help from her sister and father, a former new york "daily news" reporter. federal agents created a fake university in new jersey to help bust people in a visa scam of they had a website and actual address in cran ford, union county but the whole thing was a
