review the more than 100,000 documents prepared by prosecutors. jury selection begins may 2nd but testimony won't begin until may 16th. a former philadelphia traffic court judge is sentenced to prison today. michael sullivan plead guilty in october for failing to report and pay payroll taxes. sullivan was the owner of the fire side tavern. a judge sentenced him to 10 months in prison and order him to pay restitution. classes resumed today at villanova university although students are still riding high from two nights of celebrating the wildcats national championship and there will be the big city wide parade on friday. walter perez is live on campus tonight with more of the excitement that comes with being in the national spotlight.

sanders has to say. >> that was dann cuellar reporting. in other news tonight, a dog attack sent two children and two adults to the hospital this afternoon. the incident happened near fine elementary school at the 3800 block of pennsauken. the victim suffered minor bites and the animal control officers took custody of the pit bull. and new construction of a memorial is about to begin for a deadly collapse in center city. today city officials and victim's family were on hand for the ground breaking, it was june 5th of 2013 when a building under demolition collapsed on to the salvation army thrift store. six people were killed and 14 injured. the salvation army donated the land for what will become memorial park. >> in a memory for those that died here is an enduring

reminder that no land development plan and no parking lot and no office tower and profit they may generate is more precious than a human being. >> the contractors and excavator is serving prison time for their involvement. the new park will be finished and dedicated in the fall.

breaking news tonight. from gloucester county. where emergency officials are on the scene investigating a crash here in logan township. in which five people were injured. happened around 5:30 on route 295 near the route 322 exit and chopper 6 hd is over the scene and you can see the wreckage there and this vehicle overturned and some occupants were ejected and three people were taken to crozier medical center and police are investigating exactly what happened. and we'll keep an eye on the situation here from gloucester

stormtracker 6 live double scan showing that we don't have showers out there tonight. but we have high, thin clouds that are beginning to roll in and we are live on sky 6 hd taking a look at the center city skyline. still a good amount of sunshine filtering through the clouds and the sun now doesn't set until 7:31 so an enjoyable evening definitely on the chilly side. but this morning it was down right cold. 29 in philadelphia, that is 12 degrees below average and the coldest april temperature here in 19 years. in atlantic city, dropped down to 22 degrees, record cold. so we get rid of the cold but then we get the rain. this shows future tracker 6 how much rain we are talking about. we are looking at a soaking from .75 inch of rain to close to an inch of rain. the bulling of that will be earl your in the afternoon. right now it's dry and chilly, 52 in philadelphia average high for this time of year is 60.
