they went inside of the home and found a 22-year-old man with two gunshot wounds, he later died at the hospital and detectives searched the house and found a man hiding towards the back and he was taken into custody. lawyers for comedian bill cosby went for an appeals court in philadelphia today. cosby's lawyers urged the court to seal testimony from a decade ago where cosby testified to having extramarital affairs and giving quaaludes to women. that was part of a sexual assault lawsuit and cosby says it's not relevant to today's court battles and should be sealed. philadelphia mayor, jim kenney, is vowing to clean up neighborhoods across the city. kenney hit the streets with abates committee, and got a look at the work being done to spruce
