give. he outlined the other probation terms staying away from drugs and alcohol and prosecutors saw a change in ethan couch during his time in custody. 19-year-old ethan couch better known as the affluenza teen in adult court for the first time wednesday. facing more jail time, the judge ordered just under two years behind bars after he violated his probation. >> that is a considerable time to spend in the county jail. he was the subl of a manhunt when he and his mother tanya ran off to mexico. this video shows couch apparently at a beer pong party, violating his probation after killing four people in a drunk driving crash as a 16-year-old.

28th street, if you head towards the phils game, this will slow you down on the eastbound side of the schuylkill. several accidents this afternoon, one in college villa long 29 at west drive. and normal slowing on westbound 422 with speeds in the 20s. a lot better than yesterday on the westbound 30 bypass, speeds in the 50s but a bus accident in downingtown by the best buy by woodbine road and avondale along fifth street and a crash intel coat garden road near lynn road. >> we'll check it again in the next half hour. more ahead on "action news" at 5:00, tensions are rising in the race to the white house, the new fight for donald trump as the democrats face off for support in new york. first, vice president, joe bid biden, is taking his question to fight cancer overseas.

katherine scott spoke to a family member of the victim earlier today. >> usually he comes to pick up his son every day after school. >> samara says each day her brother-in-law comes to pick up his 13-year-old son who he watches after school. but as he waited on the 3900 block of west kensington he was shot and carjacked by two suspects. >> he beeped the horn and when he was waiting for his son to come out someone came and told him they were the dea and knocked him out and hit him with a gun and after that shot him. >> they took off in his 2016 dodge ram pickup and left the father of three bleeding in the street. officers on patrol found him and rushed him to the hospital. >> thank god the kids were sleeping and didn't see what

they went inside of the home and found a 22-year-old man with two gunshot wounds, he later died at the hospital and detectives searched the house and found a man hiding towards the back and he was taken into custody. lawyers for comedian bill cosby went for an appeals court in philadelphia today. cosby's lawyers urged the court to seal testimony from a decade ago where cosby testified to having extramarital affairs and giving quaaludes to women. that was part of a sexual assault lawsuit and cosby says it's not relevant to today's court battles and should be sealed. philadelphia mayor, jim kenney, is vowing to clean up neighborhoods across the city. kenney hit the streets with abates committee, and got a look at the work being done to spruce
