elementary school on west loudoun street, police arrested another eighth grade girl as the suspect. gray hall is live outside of school in the logan section of the city. >> reporter: jim, tonight that investigation continues. we know the incident happened on the third floor of this school behind me and we learned that the two students knew each other other and they had a dispute before. police say an eighth grader went on attack at cook elementary wednesday morning. >> i'm speechless. >> parents rushed to the school when they got word of the violence. >> i got a texfrom my kids and i was not surprised. they own have one school police officer and it's always something here at this school. >> the eighth grade female student stabbed another student after they got into a fight.

>> she stabbed her around the chest area and the arm. >> it happened at 8:30 this morning in the hallway as students were preparing to start classes and no other students were involved and the school was placed on lockdown for about 30 minutes. parents were anxious to see if their children were safe. >> it's sad they come here to get their education and now they have to worry about protecting themselves. >> it took me 3 minutes to get around the corner, they are fine and i saw her face and she is cool. >> police took the suspect out in handcuffs and the victim was taken to the hospital and she was conscious and alert at the time. and parents were notified. >> we take the steps as soon as possible. they called the parents informing them of the incident and a letter will be sent with students. >> it's tragic we send our kids to school to be in a safe

environment but it's always something. >> the district says that the injured eighth grader should make a full recovery and they are trying to figure out now how the attacker got her hands on the scissors. >> thank you gray. >> fumes from a faulty heater sent two people to the hospital in delaware county. the incident happened at noon today at the scott plaza in tinicum township and the heater caused high levels of carbon monoxide in the building and people were allowed back after the fact. >> residents of two more buildings in wilmington are orderer to move out. buildings h and i are deemed unsafe by officials. this half four people living in building g died on march 25th, officials say a faulty boiler
