she is an accused of leaking grand jury information to embarrass rivals. >> attorney general, kathleen kane arrived with her attorneys and security detail. she wanted information about a fbi wiretap involving cane. the implication that the leak came from kevin steel's office. steele fired back that the leak came from kane's camp today the defense withdrew their motion. saying now -- >> i thought it was a distraction, i have been in the hearings before and it's a mystery that is never solved. >> last month it was argue that kane had to make a sealed or secret filing or else she could face contempt charges. and a memo from the judge today says that kane got that wrong. >> we'll follow publically the selective and vindictive prosecution motion and i wanted to make that clear.
