three women during his spree. the investigators finally found him in wisconsin after d.n.a. was matched from a rape he committed there. philadelphia police are still looking for the gunman who killed a 21-year-old man. that in front of a candidate for the pennsylvania state legislature yesterday afternoon in cedar brook. investigators say that alex cherry was shot in the back of the head moments after talking with chris rabb and his staff on the 1400 block of vernon road. >> i engaged that young man who was alive and well and had the vitality, and moments later he was a corpse. >> police say the death and the second murder in the area a few hours later are linked. they believe an escalating rivalry between gangs is behind all of this. police are picking up patrols in the area to try to prevent more retaliation. a 29-year-old philadelphia man in critical condition
