president are trying to stake their claim to delegates from the keystone state and tomorrow voters have their say. pennsylvania, one of five state tomorrow but it is headlining the field in the latest super tuesday. it is monday night and the big story on "action news" tonight is primary eve in both pennsylvania and delaware. first, focusing on democrats, hillary clinton and bernie sanders. and dann cuellar live at city hall tonight, dann? >> jim, with hillary clinton pulling ahead of sanders by 14 opponents in the recent poll, both holding rallies here tonight. sanders still thinks he has the path to victory, but clinton looking for a decisive win here tomorrow. >> i am thrilled to be here in philadelphia with all of you. >> hillary clinton rallied about 800 people in the city hall courtyard urging them not just

investigators say that alex cherry was shot in the back of the head moments after talking with chris rabb and his staff on the 1400 block of vernon road. >> i engaged that young man who was alive and well and had the vitality, and moments later he was a corpse. >> police say the death and the second murder in the area a few hours later are linked. they believe an escalating rivalry between gangs is behind all of this. police are picking up patrols in the area to try to prevent more retaliation. a 29-year-old philadelphia man in critical condition tonight after shot five tomorrows in logan, happening just before noon today. in the 5800 block of old york road right in front of a daycare while children were taking a walk outside. detectives took three men into custody just before 1:00. charges still pending. a philadelphia appeals court has rejected bill cosby's

getting a lot of sunshine. there will be a few showers mainly across the lehigh valley and the poconos. then getting into some sunshine by 1:30, and that second front begins to roll in with some showers and thunderstorms in the far northwest suburbs. it looks like it will intensify moving to philadelphia around 5:00 and crossing into south jersey and delaware by about 6:30. and could have some heavy hitters with lightning, thunder, perhaps even gusty winds and small hail. if you are planning your trip to the polls tomorrow for the pennsylvania and delaware primary areas, i stress much of date is rain-free. between 11:00 and 2:00 it is partly cloudy, dry and warm. temperatures in the 80s. and after 3:00 in philadelphia that's where we have pop-up storms. a good idea if you haven't already, download the stormtracker app so you can take a look at the radar before you head to the polls. with the temperatures in the 80s you don't need a jacket.
