the car rolled over several times, the police blocked 38 both ways at church road which is blocks away from the popular cherry hill mall. funeral services will be held tomorrow for 16-year-old amy joyner francis the 16-year-old girl who was brutally beaten inside a wilmington high school. last night a program was held to help teenagers make better choices. chad perdelli has the latest. >> reporter: discussion and mourning continued inside the bible church the sadness over the brutal death of amy joyner francis. the 16-year-old died after getting into a fight in the girl's bathroom last week. she was stabbed with pencil and her head slammed into a sink, though police no weapons were used. she lost consciousness paramedics tried to revive her she was flown to a local hospital and died. three fell students have been

suspended, but so far no charges. wilmington police chief held a brief press conference, but didn't take questions. there are three thousands printed pages of data that must be reviewed by investigators on the case. because there's a lot of work left to do by the detectives and attorney general's office in terms of reviewing evidence and relative facts we are not in a position at this time to file charges. >> reporter: comings said he intended to charge three girls. autopsy results have not been released. police say they are working around the clock with the full cooperation of the delaware attorney general's office and they are obligated to the joyner-francis family to do a theory thorough investigation. willie williams will be laid to rest next week. a viewing will be held next

saturday 8 to 11:00 a.m. at zion baptist church. he was the first african-american police commissioner in los angeles and philadelphia. he was 72 years old. a woman who was bound, beaten and robbed in her mercer county home has died from her injuries. the 90-year-old was attacked last month. police arrested 21-year-old joseph blanch in connection with to the case. jerry sandusky will be back in court to seek a new trial. he has been convicted to prison for 32 years, victims may testify at monday's hearing. "action news" will be in centre county for the proceedings.

56 by 11. 11:00 a.m., 60. 3:00 p.m., 62. a 5:00 p.m., 63. 55 from cape may to sandy hook because of an east northeasterly breeze, down right chill in down the the jersey shore. right now police are questioning the man believed to have slashed a man's neck inside a center city hotel. it stemmed from a party on the 15th floor of the embassy suites on the benjamin franklin parkway. two men got into a dispute, one man pulled out a knife and slashed a 27-year-old man in the neck. several people at the party took off before officers got to the scene. new this morning, police say a dispute between neighbors sparked a shooting on the 3400 block of crystal street in kensington this morning. the suspected shooter is believed to have shot at his

neighbor and went into his own home and would not come out when the police arrived. the suspect surrendered after an hour and a half. no injuries reported. 6:32 is the time if you're just waking up with us. "stop and frisk" policing in philadelphia has been at the center of heated discussions for years now. while mayor kenny said those days are over, some community members are not convinced. their emotions boiled over at a meeting last night. >> reporter: it was supposed to be a forum with mayor kenny and richard roses on -- ross on the status of the controversial stop and frisk introduced by the previous anyone strayings. jim kenny said he kept his campaign promise to end "stop and frisk" for no reason. officers are required to have reasonable suspicion has required by the constitution.[i]

funeral services will be held for a man who was shot and killed inside the church he attended in montgomery county. services are set for robert braxton who was shot and killed in the sanctuary during sunday services. mark storms is charged with voluntary manslaughter and reckless endangerment. subaru is currently building it's new american headquarters in camden. they will create 700 jobs. the company atlantic city teamed up with the organization respond for subaru university to train future mechanics and technicians. camden has an unemployment rate of 12.3% that's almost 3 times the state's average. today is the final day of this year's penn relay at franklin field more than 1,000 high schools and colleges are competing in the three day track and field event in university city now in its 122nd running.
