and fired one round at the victim. >> he was driving a lincoln town car similar to the one seen here when things got heated between him and the driver of the mitsubishi. whatever it was he pulled out a gun and fired. >> he could have killed the victim over whoa knows what. >> the victim was not hurt and likely saved when the senter console stopped the bullet. police say that richards had one other road rage incidence when he pulled out a gun. it's not clear he if he was charged in that case. >> call 911 immediately if you have a violent encounter on the road. >> we are told that the suspect had a permit for the gun and he faces charges of attempted murder and his bond is set at $250,000. live in winfield, gray hall,

involves children from fred s. engel middle school, and da tom hogan says that like so many sexting cases it started with a teenage girl taking a naked photo of herself and texting it to a boy in her class. >> and then something happens between it's two of them and the guy passes it along to other guys. >> at least three boys received the photo with all the children involved between 13 and 14 years of age and this should serve as a cautionary tale for parents and parents should feel obligated to stay on top of their childrens online activity. >> parents say that is an invasion of privacy and i wouldn't want to do that. but would you rather invade their privacy and stay out of trouble or find them in the middle of a sexting scandal. >> i can't express enough how i have to be nosey to be on their
