>> reporter: well, police said the victim was able to provide enough information to create a very detailed sketch and it was that sketch along with a solid lead that led to the arrest. >> state police say that 50-year-old anthony richardson is the suspect they were looking for in the blue route road rage incident that ended in gun fire. head hung low he had no comment for the media. >> for that few moments he interacted with the other driver, he provided a good sketch. >> it was the sketch and a confidential tip that led to richardson's arrest at his home in the overbrook section of philadelphia. it happened 476 northbound and conshohocken at 3:00 p.m. on thursday. >> he went into the left lane and drew a semi automatic pistol

and fired one round at the victim. >> he was driving a lincoln town car similar to the one seen here when things got heated between him and the driver of the mitsubishi. whatever it was he pulled out a gun and fired. >> he could have killed the victim over whoa knows what. >> the victim was not hurt and likely saved when the senter console stopped the bullet. police say that richards had one other road rage incidence when he pulled out a gun. it's not clear he if he was charged in that case. >> call 911 immediately if you have a violent encounter on the road. >> we are told that the suspect had a permit for the gun and he faces charges of attempted murder and his bond is set at $250,000. live in winfield, gray hall,

channel 6 "action news." >> thank you. a buck county police officer is credited with helping several people get to safety when fire broke out early this morning. perkasie police say that the officer was on patrol when he spotted the blaze on north main street in sellersville. the officer alerted residents and helped them evacuate. five people lived in the building that was divided into two apartments. nobody was hurt and the cause of the blaze is under investigation. another delaware valley school is dealing with sexting. police say that three boys shared a sexually explicit photograph of a female classmate. walter perez is live in london grove, chester county outside of the school tonight. >> reporter: well jim, we learned that juvenile charges are already filed in the case and all the children involved are either 13 or 14 years old. >> this most recent case

involves children from fred s. engel middle school, and da tom hogan says that like so many sexting cases it started with a teenage girl taking a naked photo of herself and texting it to a boy in her class. >> and then something happens between it's two of them and the guy passes it along to other guys. >> at least three boys received the photo with all the children involved between 13 and 14 years of age and this should serve as a cautionary tale for parents and parents should feel obligated to stay on top of their childrens online activity. >> parents say that is an invasion of privacy and i wouldn't want to do that. but would you rather invade their privacy and stay out of trouble or find them in the middle of a sexting scandal. >> i can't express enough how i have to be nosey to be on their

disability is not part of princetons. >> the department of education has reviewed her case but not rendered a decision, the university says that we believe this matter is handled fairly and consistently with the processes princeton providing reasonable accommodations for disabilities. rachel bar does not want to return but acknowledge this problem. >> how long would you hold out. >> i could not read for three years, imagine trying and trying, not eating food is not hard. >> she is under a doctor's care and the accommodations for the disabililed is something she is willing to risk her life for.

friday we have another frontal boundary moving through than brings us rain from midmorning to mid-afternoon. generally a .25 to .75 inch of rain. the best chance of seeing thunderstorms is south and closer to an inch. and friday night into saturday morning a break in the action and then another system waiting in the wings, this could bring us gusty thunderstorms saturday night and high pressure builds in and brings us more sunshine and it's much cooler, sunday's high 61 degrees, and feeling like temperatures are in the 60s, when you factor in the winds. the roller coaster ride continues in may and a high of 74 degrees and relatively warm and friday you'll need the umbrella and 8:00 in the morning until 2:00 in the afternoon. saturday morning is looking great, plenty of sunshine and we warm up to 75 degrees and with that strong cold front rolling through could get strong gusty
