and preparing for the worse, firefighters train for the possibility after high-rise fire. and hitting it out of the park. the all girls little league baseball team taking on the boys and doing great. beginning with a search for answers into the crash of egyptair flight 804 that went down in the middle of the mediterranean this past week. investigators are focusing on alarms going off indicating smoke in the cabin and that raises questions of a probable cause. more from paris. >> now hearing the final transmission from the pilot. >> good night. >> warnings from the data transmission system. seven in all, one noting lavatory smoke and another of avionic smoke.

definitive answers until the black boxes are found. a man injured overnight in philadelphia when fireworks were detonated in his hand. just after 1:00 a.m. the police responded to the scene along mudder street in west philadelphia. the bomb squad also responded since there was some concern there were explosive materials in the man's backpack. the victim was taken to temple hospital and no word on his condition tonight. two firefighters injured this morning responding to a fire in bensalem. breaking out in a home this morning. one firefighter, a member of the nottingham fire company was on the roof when it gaveway. he fell through and quickly rushed to the hospital. the other firefighter was hospitalized after experiencing tightness in his chest. one residence also suffered minor burns. officials in atlantic city teamed up with the red cross in a fire safety campaign.

volunteers and firefighters canvassed neighborhood talking about the importance of preparedness. and an offer for smoke alarms and a little help getting them installed. they visited more than 1300 homes just today. the philadelphia fire department also going high tech to potentially save lives in the city's tallest buildings. a training drill this morning at the center or market street with a special ipad app. that puts information like floor plans at first responder's fingertips, and equipped with a system allowing firefighters to make informed decisions much quicker. moving on to the coverage of the presidential race. donald trump says hillary clinton does not deserve secret service protection because of her position on gun control. this comes after donald trump received support from n.r.a. >> the tale of two trumps in 24

a celebration of the super power of the imagination for children of all ages. kids got a chance to make up their own costumes and snag a photo. and it continues tomorrow beginning at 11:00 a.m. some kids in need received a helping hand today courtesy of a yard sale this morning organized by a middle schooler from chester county. molly dolan from wechester started it, and they benefit to kids across the country. this year she got her classmates involved for the biggest event yesterday. the yard sale had baked goods, lemonade stand and bounce house.
