corner store. jeff chirico has it latest on the investigation. >> reporter: the victims include a 14-year-old and 16-year-old teen boys, as well as a 32-year-old woman. we are told the 14-year-old boy died. when we arrived at the scene it looked like a shootout unfolded on the corner store on the 1100 block of pine lane. police placed evidence marksers where 30 shell casing were found. police have not said who pulled the trigger or why. a man said his wife heard the gunfire at home and was shocked to learn how many bullets were actually fired. that many? , and two kids, too? that's bad. >> reporter: once again, we're told one teen has died, the 16-year-old is in critical condition, the 32-year-old woman is in stable condition. police are pulling surveillance video are from that store and hopes it will lead them to the

shooter. in up land, jeff chirico channel 6 "action news." the commander of the american forces in the mid east has confirmed the killing of the average taliban leader who died in a u.s. drone strike. u.s. and of afghani officials sd he was targeted near the afghanistan border. leaked data is raising questions whether mechanical failure and not terrorism brought down the plane. the data transmission system sent out seven warnings in all, one had to do with smoke in the lavatory and smoke below the cockpit where electronic equipment operates the aircraft. experts say the new information

pedestrian crash has a major road in burlington county new jersey closed at this hour. the prosecutor's office arrived on scene at route 130 southbound at east federal street in burlington. investigator are not releasing many details. but we know that a driver struck and killed someone crossing the road after midnight. the collision caused the vick to lose control and veer off the road. it is unclear if charges will be fired. drivers are urged to avoid the area as crews are repairing utility poles damaged in the crash. 7:32 we have an update for you on a hit-and-run crash in camden, new jersey. we've learned that the young victim is in the children's hospital being treated for a critical brain injury. a driver struck the 7-year-old in the branch village housing project also in camden. the car pulled into the parking lot and hit the victim and drove off. police are searching for the driver looking for a black or gray suv with pennsylvania tags that include the letters dlw.

so glad you stayed with us on a sunday morning, 7:41, 53 degrees outside, sky6 live hd giving a look over center city. meteorologist chris sowers has been talking about the gloom and the gray, but he promises the sun is up in the sky. my husband is golfing today, he wants to know if it's okay to go out there. define okay. he is a dye hard. >> reporter: he'll be okay. we're not expecting a driving rain like yesterday evening, but we are expecting a few showers throughout the date. there's the view in cape may. it's another gloomy morning out there, drizzle taking place for the jersey shore. looks like the shore will be the one location in the viewing area that has the chance of staying dry most of the time today. even though you're seeing wet weather to the north, that will be it up through here, it will be this part of the viewing area that has the best chances of

seeing wet weather. the steady stuff is starting to show up north of wilmington. we'll zoom into with him you can see the darker shades of green northward into chadds ford and 202. a lot of this is drifting off to the south. it will dissipate very shortly. today is mainly a cloudy day and show showers throughout the afternoon. we had such a wonderful start to spring, march, april, very, very mild compared to seasonal averages. all of a sudden we got into may, 80-degree days, we have not found them. so far none in the month of may. in the seven-day forecast you can add those numbers, we'll double that or equal that. looks like the trend continues throughout the rest of the month of may. nicer weather is heading this way. 68 degrees is the forecasterred high. today above average, but it will feel better compared to yesterday's chilly high. 53 degrees is where we started

out. low 50s, north and west, mid 50s, south and east. gandys beach, 52, smyrna, 53. hockessin 52. sea isle and woodbine, 43 degrees. there's the coastal low spinning off the coast of new england. that brought the rains yesterday. now we have the upper level feature pushing in on the backside that will bring the shower threat for tomorrow. once the upper level low clears the coast. nothing going on, high pressure in control across the heartland of the nation, u.s./canadian border, southward through the gulf states. this will bring warmer temperatures. this will take time for the process to tames. surface maps today looks like, there's the area of low pressure off the coast throwing back moisture off the ocean. it's a cloudy day, spotty showers possible. monday the high gets closer, we're feeling the influence of that low off the coast, so it's another cloudy day, a couple of showers possible.
