not a lot of extra elbow room as you get down to the shore points, looking live in bellmawr the southbound side more crowded than normal. but the traffic is moving here a stop and go sort of pace from the pennsylvania side of the walt whitman bridge into south jersey on down to the a.c. expressway. you are moving okay on the expressway for a while and then you hit 16 miles per hour and coming south on the parkway from galloway township. a lot of 30s and 40s towards somers point. and down to the delaware beaches to get the grotto pizza, just 12 miles per hour on highway 1 and a crash near odessa that got us off to a bad start. watch out for the slow speeds on 1 and maybe stick with 13, delays on delco on the blue route clearing out but a 33 minute travel time that is not

for selling heroin in newcastle county. he was arrested during a traffic stop on old capital trail in newcastle. police found more than 23 grams of heroin and crack cocaine in his car. he faces a long list of charges. philadelphia police have released this surveillance video as they work to track down the teenager who purged a man in the face while walking his dog. it happened on the 1100 block of north 56th street. he walked up to the 61-year-old man and asked him for the time and purged him several times. he was treated for a broken nose. the delaware spca is closing their flag ship animal shelter because of debt. the shelter in stanton will close in three weeks and the property sold and the money for the sale goes towards the spca's georgetown location, where the animals will be relocated.

. government forecasters are out with their outlook for the atlanta hurricane season. they say this this year is an average one. noah is predicting four and eight atlanticic hurricanes this weekend that is between one and four major hurricanes. hurricane season officially begins on wednesday. this morning at delmarva power in newark power officials shared their plans for power restoration in case of severe storms and hurricanes. they have extra crews ready to go if a storm is approaching and encourage residents to keep a hurricane kit in their homes and
