for selling heroin in newcastle county. he was arrested during a traffic stop on old capital trail in newcastle. police found more than 23 grams of heroin and crack cocaine in his car. he faces a long list of charges. philadelphia police have released this surveillance video as they work to track down the teenager who purged a man in the face while walking his dog. it happened on the 1100 block of north 56th street. he walked up to the 61-year-old man and asked him for the time and purged him several times. he was treated for a broken nose. the delaware spca is closing their flag ship animal shelter because of debt. the shelter in stanton will close in three weeks and the property sold and the money for the sale goes towards the spca's georgetown location, where the animals will be relocated.

official says that 20 employees will lose their jobs, today's announcements coming one year after the spca spent $500,000 on a new dog kennel and crate area. they are struggling to fill orders due to the zika outbreak. the united states's only producer of traps for zika carrying mosquitos. residences and businesses are asked to monitor their properties for standing water. property owners in newcastle county could be fined for allowing standing water. read residents would have to pay $50 for having a mosquito breeding habitat in their yarded. parts of texas are zbrund water, at this time several people are still missing. and an airbag recall is

shared his story today with students in montgomery county. 94-year-old joseph kahn spoke to seventh and eighth graders, and talked about his experience of surviving the nazi concentration camp, kahn was separated from his family and never saw them again, he operated a deli in center city before his retirement.
