good afternoon we are following breaking news out of northampton county where a busful of students were involved in a crash. the bus was taking to student on a field trip when it collided with a fedex truck and another tractor trailer this morning. >> it happened in the westbound lane at 11:00. first responders are telling "action news" that multiple people were taken to various hospitals. it remains unclear if anyone was seriously injured. our other top story. on the campaign trail, voters are heading to the polls in six different states including new jersey. >> the poll opened early this morning after hillary clinton won enough delegates to clinch the nomination. nora muchanic is live now in hamilton township with more. >> reporter: hi there, it's a big day for jersey voters as

they go to the polls to select their presidential candidates, the thought was that the garden state would help put hillary clinton over the top in her delegate count. still there is lots of interest here today in the presidential primary. primary day means contested races in the local county and congressional level. but most is focus ond the presidental election. poll worker says it's busy today as new jersey cast their ballots choosing who will be their nominee. >> everybody is out of the race so it's only donald trump i can vote for. i wish there was better candidates than donald trump and hillary. >> they are both casting for bernie sanders. >> i think he seems more compassionate than your average

more on the investigation. >> reporter: rick, police say they have no motive and no suspects at this hour. neighbors say this is an ongoing clash with two groups, according to police they believe the little boy was shot in the arm and it travelled to his shoulder and he is? stable condition in the hospital. >> it sounds like a cannon, it sounds like a war zone. >> neighbors in the william penn home say it was more gun fire than they have heard before even for an area known for shooting. gun fire pierced this home hitting a 5-year-old standing in his parents' kitchen. >> it was so many shots. so many. >> the chaos unfolded monday night at 11:00. investigators found several shell casings. the parents were preparing a meal when the bullets flew and

33-year-old woman tells police she was ambushed getting into her vehicle and she escape nood a nearby business where she called 911. the victim was treated for multiple stab wounds and ramos was arrested later and is held on $7.5 million bail. congressman, chaka fattah is back in a federal courtroom today. his attorneys are trying to prove that fattah never broke the law. the prosecution rested last week after arguing that he miss used campaign funds and federal grants to pay debts for his failed run for mayor. she and her handler were sent to the rubble in new york. britney was brought into the veterinarian's office yesterday and the dog will be laid to rest in texas. the gorilla exhibit at the cincinnati zoo reopened today 10 days after a 3-year-old got into the enclosure, since the incident the zoo has made the barrier higher and they announced yesterday that the boy's mother would not be charged. a response team was forced to shoot the gorilla after the boy fell into the enclosure. the boy was not seriously injured. >> and o.j. simpson has a new mugshot. he is is serving time for armed robbery. he was convicted of trying to steal sports memorabilia at gun point.

atlantic city showboat casino is getting ready to reopen and it needs to fill hundreds of open jobs, the

showboat is hosting a job fair in less than an hour from now. the open ser planning to reopen 250 rooms as a none gambling hotel. today's job fair runs from 1:00 until 7:00 tonight. american airlines changing its frequent flyer program. beginning october 1st, miles will be given based on money spent rather than miles flown. other major airlines like delta and united made similar changes. health check this noon, there may be a way to detect cancer with a painful biopsy. it can detect cancer like a traditional biopsy. the blood tests are not currently used to diagnose cancer but rather to morn ter the disease.

the pressure is falling and the winds are light at 8 miles per hour, earlier this morning they were 10 to 20 and the ocean temperature tips to 61 degrees. satellite 6 along with action radar shows us we started off early with lots of clouds and this is the part of tropical storm colin, we can see the thing off the coastline. you notice the instability and all the showers have started to form in the area, they are out to the northwest. they move in during the afternoon then are hit or miss. low 80s in the lehigh valley, 86 in trenton and 86 in toms river and along the coastline about 80 degrees in cape may and 84 in atlantic city. clouds and sunshine and again that spotty shower or thunderstorm. they will move in over the next couple of hours. in the city not everybody will see them. 4:00, 81 and we dry out this evening and mainly clear and the
