searching for a man that looks like this. christie what is the latest on this? >> reporter: well jim, state police say that the suspect was tailing the victim when he took his frustrations too far and fired at his car. this is the man is that state police say was driving eradically before shooting at a car at the peak of rush hour. >> he was adjacent to the victim and displayed a firearm and then he was ahead of the suspect and heard the sound of the gunshot. the suspect had fired one round into the 38-year-old victim's car causing his tire to blowout near the girard point bridge, the victim was able to safely pull over and spot the suspect in a dark colored impala or malibu speeding off the broad street exit. >> it was the second shooting in one month time period.

officials have announce that this seminary will move somewhere else. possibly st. joseph's or villanova university. the massive property put up for sale. that was worry some to people once the property is sold. >> i think many people will be shocked by this. >> dan lockin is one of several in a coalition. after officials proposed the idea to sell part of the property that the seminary has sat in for more than 140 years. but now officials announced the entire property will be sold. and the seminary relocated probably at a catholic university. >> as we speak today we don't have a deal on how the seminary will be repurposed or the estate sold. >> the pope stayed there last year for the world meeting of families. it could be a year before they find a new location for the seminary.

the old bank building in evesham township came down crashing this morning but it did so quietly. crews demolished the building to make way for a new complex. it will feature 24 apartments and 4,000 square feet of retail space. queens are a lot more nimble than kings on a chess board and that was appropriate at drexel university. they hosted the philly girls all chess tournament. katherine scott was right there. >> reporter: the rooks are ready and the pawns are poised time for new queens to be crowned at the philly all girls tournament at drexel university.
