88 degrees. slightest breeze out of the southwest at 5 to 15 miles per hour. we're heating up, the hottest temperature of the year so far is in the 7th day, it will turn more humid tomorrow and tuesday, when i come back i'll have the details in the seven-day forecast, nydia? >> thank you. we begin with breaking news, the search continues this hour for a man after a minivan plunged into the delaware river overnight. the action cam is live at the packer marine terminal in south philadelphia. a white or silver minivan was pulled out of the water two hours ago, the search continues for a man who was believed to have been in the minivan, you can see emergency officials working right there, "action news" has learned at least one window was apparently kicked out of the minivan. this unfolded around 3:00 a.m. two people told police they saw

the minivan drive into the river. >> we are at the home at the light at the intersection, a car comes flying by, silver, not sure of the model comes flying by, not pay attention i heard a crash, i think it crashes into another car, i looked over i seen the gate missing and i heard a splash. i told my friend, whoa, someone went into the water. >> the minivan disappeared into the water. he said no one came to the surface during the time it took police to arrive. there was no one in the vehicle when it was pulled to the surface. one window was kicked out and once again, the search continues at this hour for whoever was in the minivan. a man was injured overnight after losing control of his car and slam into a utility pole snapping it in half. the car flipped over and rand landed on the roof near browning

road in pennsauken at 10:30. the driver crawled out of the wreckage of the car. he was treated at the scene and refused to go to the hospital. no word on what caused him to lose control of the car. new details this morning on the discovery of 12 young girls who were rescued from a bucks county home. police brought in cadaver dogs to certain for the remains of any children at the home. >> jeff chirico has the details. >> reporter: chopper 6 hd was over the home on old street road as the investigators look for more evidence. cadavers dogs looked for deceased remains and investigators combed through the house for evidence. lower south hampton director of public safety said investigators found musical instruments and

elaborate train set in the basement. >> kids are living in the basement on air mass stresses, but -- mattresses, i guess they were home schooling the kids because there was homework down there. >> reporter: the children are in the care of bucks county children and youth. >> we have not had an opportunity to talk to the children in detail, but when they do we'll find clues we want to address were they abused or weren't they abused. >> reporter: police arrested cam atlantic for statutory sexual assault. they say he father two children with a girl when she was gifted to him when she was 14. other neighbors say they reported strange behavior at the home for years and what took the police so long. >> what kind of calls, that that they saw amish people,
