it shows a plain clothed officer confronting a man in black. in black and the officer gets shot. it's believed the man in the black was one of the three suicide bombers who carried out the attack. the death toll has risen to at least 44 people, dozens of those injured remain hospitalized. an american teenager was stabbed to death in the west bank as she slept in her bed. a 17-year-old, the attacker was shot dead by security forces. photographs show blood on the walls and the floor of the girl's room. hundreds attended her funeral later in the day. a cruise ship is returning to new jersey after an apparent drowning. an unconscious 8-year-old boy was taken from a pool on board the anthem of the seas to a new york city hospital. he's currently on life support. the child was among a large group of cruise passengers from the netherlands. >> a new trial for the man
