eagle is on the mend after being rescued by a military sharp shooter that sharp shooter used his rifle to free the bird of pray. abc's john donovan explains. >> reporter: today it is a bald eagle in the cage and that is because it is healing, bounce back after this, mid week, the bird was dangling, and then dying. 07 feet off the ground, its real talen even tappingled and caught on the tree branch.
