an apartment complex in ambler. annie mccormick joins us live from the crime scene, annie, you've learned the name of one of the victims. , that's right, we just confirmed new information from the district attorney's office within in the past 20 minutes. they are dealing with a case of a double murder. we have confirmed the identity of a victim through a family member, the vehicle -- victim we're waiting to learn that identification. mid morning the coroner's office pulled two bodies from a second floor apartment. two people were shot inside, welcome about -- kimberly trunk received a call that her sister was killed. she went to police, they came to the scene. >> she called me everyday, we spoke everyday a million times a day. >> reporter: kimberly trunk said she was interviewed by

7:00 p.m. last night. he told police a man in a black cadillac cut him off on knights road. the two had an argument and that's when the suspect fired a shot. the suspect drove away on i-95, investigators believe they have his license plate number. donald trump will make stops in ohio and harrisburg. mike pence will campaign in nevada. clinton will focus on nebraska while senator tim kaine attends a home coming event. meantime the controversy over trump's remarks about a muslim-american soldier killed in iraq. we'll have more at 12:30. 16 people were killed in a hot air balloon crash in texas. federal investigators are trying to determine what went wrong.

elizabeth hur joins us live from the site in texas with the details. >> reporter: officials are confirming what the eyewitnesses saw and heard the balloon hit the power lines you see behind me and literally fell from the sky. the final journey for the 16 people on the hot air balloon caught on this video obtained by abc news. the balloon took off outside austin, texas and traveling 8 miles before bursting into flames. you could see they were stuck. the flames that go into the balloon they were coming on and going off. the balloon hit the high tension wires while descending and crashed into an open field. the 34-year-old newlyweds this was a gift for her army medic husband. the two married 6 months ago and shared the snap chat pictures.

car at knights and woodhaven road in north philadelphia. katherine scott has the details. >> reporter: police believe a case of road rage led a car to fire on another. a radio call came in around 7:15 an apparent case of road rage near this intersection in northeast philadelphia. >> it's road rage, it's crazy, but this is the way it is today. >> reporter: the 19-year-old victim said the driver of a black cadillac cut him off. words were exchanged and the driver pulled off a single gunshot striking the hood of the silver vehicle. the victim followed the suspect on i-95 until the suspect turned off on to academy road. state police responded and northeast detectives are looking for nearby surveillance video. nearby residents are stunned. >> it's scary, because we've never heard of anything like that around here
