over one area. there's one in camden county, south of camden itself forming in the last dmf minutes, maybe -- couple of minutes, last 15 or 20. smyrna, delaware, there's a cell and there's one in cape may county. this one just forming in the last ten or 15 minutes. we expect this to fill in and be an issue for the larger portion. region. double scan showing you additional action starting to pop. lightning strikes in the 24 minutes most in new york, but we have some down here as well. the flood watch the big focus is northern suburbs, bucks and montgomery county and the poconos. this area picked up 4 to 6 inches of rain. we had a record rainfall of

an apartment complex in ambler. annie mccormick joins us live from the crime scene, annie, you've learned the name of one of the victims. , that's right, we just confirmed new information from the district attorney's office within in the past 20 minutes. they are dealing with a case of a double murder. we have confirmed the identity of a victim through a family member, the vehicle -- victim we're waiting to learn that identification. mid morning the coroner's office pulled two bodies from a second floor apartment. two people were shot inside, welcome about -- kimberly trunk received a call that her sister was killed. she went to police, they came to the scene. >> she called me everyday, we spoke everyday a million times a day. >> reporter: kimberly trunk said she was interviewed by

elizabeth hur joins us live from the site in texas with the details. >> reporter: officials are confirming what the eyewitnesses saw and heard the balloon hit the power lines you see behind me and literally fell from the sky. the final journey for the 16 people on the hot air balloon caught on this video obtained by abc news. the balloon took off outside austin, texas and traveling 8 miles before bursting into flames. you could see they were stuck. the flames that go into the balloon they were coming on and going off. the balloon hit the high tension wires while descending and crashed into an open field. the 34-year-old newlyweds this was a gift for her army medic husband. the two married 6 months ago and shared the snap chat pictures.

>> i learned there were no survivors, i knew we had lost her and matt. >> on the balloon, skip nichols the pilot and other owner of the company was said to be experienced and talked about flying. >> are you going to be a pilot or be a passenger and crew. >> reporter: all 16 bodies were found near the basket of the balloon. investigators say they covered 18 cell phones and cameras and ipads which they hope will put together a time line. >> we're going to interview the ground crew today that's one of the questions we want to find out, was there any particular reason why this flight was delayed. >> reporter: and we are learning the flight was delayed about 20 minutes with clouds and fog in the area and officials say as part of their investigation they will be looking to weather
