his defunct university. the judge trump said couldn't do his job because of his mention san heritage. denied a request to release the video. the judge says the deposition videos would make it difficult to seat an impartial jury. he's refusing to dismiss the lawsuit. weather permitting, aerial spring of south florida begins at daybreak to control mosquitos. the area includes the wynwood neighborhood of miami where 14 cases of the zika virus were found not related to travel. now a 15th case popped up outside of the area leaving to fears that it's spreading to a larger area. the outbreak is taking a bite of miami's tourism. several outdoor businesses, particular ly restaurants and bars are closed. some airlines will issue refunds if passengers no longer wish to travel to areas with zika virus outbreaks. all of the carriers suggest
