playground to 8th street and one produced a handgun and pointed it at this young and demanded he remove all of his clothing and then they took a picture of him on their iphone. >> look at this image caught on surveillance, this is one the teens ranging from 14 to 15 involved in the attack on july 12th, the victim was able to get away without injuries. >> a disturbing act. a classic example of bullying just beyond, for these young teens to do it to a 11-year-old child. parents in the area are alarmed by the news and upset that a child was a victim. and there needs to be more conversations at home about bullying. >> they should enforce it more at home, in starts at home. the kids should respect one another. but it's really getting worse. >> i feel like more parents

this week. this afternoon we watch an overturned vehicle accident in providence at black rock road off 422 and no big delays as you head home westbound on 422 and no delays on 202, we don't see any yesterday afternoon or this morning and that is thanks to the third lanes now open in each direction here in the frazier and exton areas, we are waiting for five years for this and it's nice having the third lanes yesterday afternoon and this morning. and a crash in new town township, delco by boot road slowing kicking in on the southbound side of the blue route. and on 495 in wilmington we have the ongoing construction southbound by edgemore road. and northbound a broken down vehicle at terminal avenue. speeds are now on the uptick.
