turnersville. there are heavier cells working out to sea. atlantic city is getting wet. everybody else in cumberland and cape may counties are starting to dry out. this was a surprise this morning, most of the activity will hold off once this pulls through, most of the activity will hold off until 3:00 p.m. as we look at satellite and radar, as you look toward the center part of the screen that's the cold front stretching from binghamton in new york through harrisburg and state college and southwestern through charleston, that's the cold front that will come through between the hours of 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. that will trigger showers anticipates thunderstorms. for now, clouds and sun, soupy and warm, high of 91 feeling like 97 or after 2:00 p.m. or 3, expect gusting thunderstorms small hail

gushing it was horrific. >> the concert had to be canceled 20 minutes after the incident. a driver was hurt after a car plunged off the exit ramp off the pennsylvania turnpike and crashed on the road below. chopper 6 over that scene at the mid county interchange. the driver was froan -- flown to jefferson university hospital with non-life threatening injuries. body cam video shows what led up to the police shooting a man. it shows officers chasing and shooting paul o'neill after he allegedly stole a car. he died from a gunshot injury to the back. the video shows officers said they thought o'neill fired at them. no gun was found.

three officers were stripped of police powers after department determined they violated policy. in the race for the white house this morning outspoken republican nominee, donald trump is trying to menld fences within -- mend fences within his own party. the billionaire was in wisconsin home of house speaker paul ryan where he throw his support behind ryan. he went on to endorse john mccain another high profile republican that trump we buicked during the week. trump's democratic opponent clinton clinton clarified comments she made about her e-mail scandal while on the campaign trail. she said she may have short circuited his her response in an interview when she said the fbi director said her asheses were truthful.

she admitted most americans do o do not trust her. lawmakers in delaware are going to reinstate the death penalty. delaware's highest court found it unconstitutional because it allowed judges too much discretion and didn't require a unanimous mouse -- unanimous decision by a jury. a man is trying to get around after someone stole his wheelchair. >> reporter: this is bill dyer you can see how hard it is for him to walk around. he fell victim to a freak accident several years ago. >> i got hit by a train.

north of the great lakes. it's trailing cold front you will love the air mass behind this front. the humidity falls off a cliff. this front will be interacting with the soup that's out there this morning. it's humid, this morning. the strong south/southwesterly breeze increases the heat with a high of 91 feeling like the upper 90. with the lot of the we have the winds coming in here, where the two arrows converge or intersect that's where we see the heavier thunderstorms. it's the mid atlantic to the northeast baltimore, washington, d.c. and new york city, portland and maine. boston, heavy thunderstorms. northeast corridor. highs top out in the low 90s. feels-like temperatures will top out somewhere around 96, 97 or 98. that's around 2:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m. be on the look out for a heavier late-day thunderstorm. thanks for the update.

them. when they happened, the fence came down. >> everyone started pushing and the gate broke and all of a sudden i literally fell 6 or 7 feet. i luckily fell on top of someone so i didn't hit the concrete. but there were four or five people on top of me. it was so hard to breathe. i couldn't move it was scary. >> suddenly people started falling off the edge. >> medics rushed in taking the injured to five different hospitals. that concert, of course, had to be canceled. we posted the video of the incident on our website 6abc.com. new this morning, the driver of this u-haul truck is under investigation by pennsylvania state police. we are told that the man is in the hospital. here's what we know. he was stopped by police down the street right from our studio overnight as troopers approached the man he got out of the truck and began to runaway.

police stopped him, but a struggle happened there out there on the scene, he became unresponsive and he needed to go to the hospital. we are waiting to learn the man's condition and why he was pulled over. we'll keep you posted. the union boss known as johnny doc is under the fbi's microscope. more than a dozen locations including his home was warmed by agents yesterday. dann cuellar has the details. >> reporter: sources say after years of watching quietly behind the scenes, fbi agents swarmed in on john dougherty and dozens of locations. meanwhile, johnny doc maintains he hadn't done anything. philadelphia political power house johnny dougherty stood outside as fbi agents raided his home and that of his sisters. an army of agents carried box
