it is a steamy start to the week we're tracking storms. let's get you to the the exclusive accuweather seven-day forecast. storms how intense are we talking? >> reporter: some of the them could be severe. let's get you outside, we'll start with the humidity. if you have not been outside, you will notice when you go out it's like pea soup again. we had four straight days where the humidity dropped off and you stepped outside and you can breathe for a change. we have high clouds up above. the clouds will give way to showers and thunderstorms later on. temperatures in the upper 70s and close to 80. millville, 79. cape may, 81. and atlantic city, 79 degrees. now, remember dewpoints over the last few days have been in the upper 50s to low 60s. 77 in millville. here's the scale. you get past 65, at that point it doesn't matter any more it's horrible out there.

everybody is in the mid 70s. dover is pushing 80. atlantic city, the dewpoint is up to 73. it's going to be oppressively humid afternoon. high temperatures in the low 90s. combined the two, it will make it feel like the upper 90s. here comes the cold front you will see showers and thunderstorms develop along it. that front moves in the soup and triggers showers and thunderstorms for us. they will be on the stronger side. clouds an sun, late-day showers and thunderstorms after 2:00 p.m., 91 is the forecasted high feeling like 98 and 99. we have cooler numbers in the accuweather forecast. >> 9:01. overnight "action news" obtained video of the moment a metal railing gave way at a concert in camden. we know that 42 people were

hurt. and there you see it, some of the chaos there, a viewer shared the video that shows rose of people crashing several feet down on to concrete some on top of each and every other. chopper 6 hd flew over the scene, snoop dogg and wiz khalifa appeared on temporary stage between the lawn seats and cover seats and fans on the lawn rushed toward them. >> snoop dogg and wiz khalifa moved to the back in the front of the lawn all the people were pushing forward. snop dog was calling -- snoop dogg was calling for people to get near him, the gate fell and everybody fell on top of them. >> everybody fell off the edge. everybody was pushing back, trying to not to go forty, i literally watched everyone fall off. >> abbey fell and became trapped below several people. >> trying to push myself out, i

couldn't move, i was waiting for people to get off me, eventually people did, i got up, my friend was hurt i had to go with her to the er. >> frightening time for fans in camden. abbey said she had some scrapes, her friend needed to stay in the hospital. camden county sheriff is investigating the accident. we turn to the power pows johnny doc dougherty, fbi agents raid the union boss' home and city council member. >> reporter: fbi agents swarmed on john dougherty, all along johnny doc maintains he is has not done anything. >> i've been under scrutiny i don't know why, maybe because i

win too much. >> reporter: johnny doc stood outside as the fbi raided his home and that of his sister in southwest philadelphia. army of agents carried box after box from local 98 union. >> the government has their job, let them do their job. i'm comfortable where they we ae right now. that's it. >> reporter: the probe raids philadelphia city hall. there they raided the office of bobby heenen, a long time protege of johnny dorkt -- dougherty. through the years he has made substantial contribution to a number of politician including jim kenny. the mayor said he knows nothing about the raids. >> i know basically what you know. i don't have any other

information, you can ask the question 20 different ways but there won't be any comment because i don't have any information. >> the dougherty probe reached across the river, "action news" was there as they removed rifles from the km electrical in about berlin, new jersey. a bomb squad was called in because it was believed there were explosive materials. the firm does work for several government agencies among others. last week, they dropped $80,000 for parties for the democratic national convention. >> it would be fair to say they are not fooling around. they have reason to believe that crimes are being committed. they have reason to believe that the severance that they are conducting -- the searches that they are producing will produce

a philadelphia community now rallying around a kensington man after someone stole his wheelchair. away giving their fans a close up performance on a small temporary stage. fans rushed toward them before the railing fell. >> everybody was running towards as fabs -- fans would do and everybody was crashing into each other, and the railing fell and everybody fell over. >> the concert was canceled 20 minutes after the incident. new at 9:00, rescue crews pulled a man along the schuylkill expressway he was sitting along the riverbank at mlk in fairmont park when he fell into the water. police and marine unit responded to the call. the man was not seriously hurt. the driver of the u haul truck is at the center of an investigation. that man was stopped by state police in the parking lot in the 500 block of city avenue. always troopers approached him he got out and started to run.

there was a struggle and he became unresponsive, he was taken to the hospital. we are awaiting to hear about the money's condition and why he was pulled over. turning to politics, donald trump is taking his message to new hampshire. that visit comes one day after the gop nominee threw his support behind paul ryan, lana zack with the latest. >> reporter: the endorsement drama is over. >> in our shared mission to make america great again, i support and endorse our speaker of the house paul ryan.
