transplant when she was less than a week old. the family had a hard time object obtaining antirejection head for her. a man was attacked on north front street near callowhill streets in northern liberties. the victim managed to run down the street before he collapsed. police have no suspects. a frightening scene played out on the streets of philadelphia early morning. a man was shot in the face while his two young children were in the car with him. philadelphia police are looking for the shooter. the action cam was at the scene 5500 block of spring street. a bullet shattered the drivers side window as the victim, a man in his 30s was trying to park his car outside a home at 12:30 a.m. his 3 and 67-year-old children were not hurt. a woman was hurt in new

castle. at 9:30 there was visible damage to the front drivers side of the car. the woman was rushed to christiana hospital in very critical condition. the driver of the car did stop after the accident. last night's concert went on as schedule at the cam don pavilion after a railing collapsed sending dozens to the hospital. viewer video shows the moment spectators fell from a lawn flat form during a snoop dogg and wiz khalifa concert. concertgoers from last night i love the 90s event was not deterred. >> it was scary, but they got everything taken care of. >> camden city inspectors say there were know code violation also found. temporary railings and fencing have been installed to keep spectators away from the rail. we'll know later today

gloucester county authorities about deadly doses of heroin being distributed in especially marked packages. the overdose antidote narcan was used to revive three people yesterday. all of the victims used heroin stamped with the name red snow man or superstar. prosecutors say hand in the packages to local police. starting today, children under the age of two must be strapped in a rear-facing car seat in pennsylvania. the law takes effect friday. current state law requires a child under 4 be strapped in the car seat. it does not specify which direction. the new law specifically requires children under the age of two to ride rear facing. police will issue a verbal warning for the first year, but after that violations will carry a fine of 125 mammal -- 125

forecasting a high of 90, but the peak index is lower than the air temperature. the peak index is 88. tomorrow is equally as nice. tuesday starts out nice and gets more humid as the day wears on. the steam balt returns by the -- bath returns by the middle of the this week and i mean it really returns. when i come back i'll show you oppressive numbers in the exclusive accuweather seven-day forecast. >> 9:31. police in berks county are back at a home this morning where a family of five was killed in what's believed to be a murder suicide. the bodies of the family members were found yesterday afternoon inside their home on winding brook drive in sinking spring. the district attorney's office has identified the family as mark short, his wife megan, and their three children. authorities are trying to determine who pulled the trigger and what led to the tragedy. philadelphia police are busy this morning looking for suspects in two shootings.

in southwest philadelphia, a man was shot and killed while leaning on his motorcyclal at -- motorcycle at a bp gas station on as he ising ton avenue -- essington avenue. bullets holes mark an area where someone opened fire. a woman in his 20s was shot she was rushed to the hospital in stable condition. police have no suspects or motives in this shooting. a firefighter in south jersey remains in the hospital after he was injured battling a fire at a warehouse. jeff chirico has the details on how this happened. >> reporter: the firefighter hurt his ankle while responding to the fire. we're told he will be okay. from here it's hard to see any damage because most of it is on the roof. the building was being renovated when the blaze broke out. viewer video shows a thick plume of smoke billowing into the air.

firefighters got the call at 8:15 and found the roof burning on the 800 block of hilton road. >> the fire was visible from the roof. a short time ago, roofing contractors were conducting their business on the far right side of the building. >> reporter: the building is being turned into a manufacturing plant. it's unclear if the roofers who just left accidently sparked the blaze. firefighters had it under control in 30 minutes containing the damage to the roof. the bigger challenge the chief said was the weather. >> the humidity was more difficult than the fire, so we had to rotate more men in for additional manpower. >> reporter: the other than said there was smoke and water damage inside, but nothing to impact the renovation. the fire is still under investigation. jeff chirico channel 6 "action news." >> bbt pavilion in camden,

agents removed weapons from a home in camden county. neither one has charged with any crime. a new abc poll released overnight showed more bad news for trump. the republican nominee has lost more ground to hillary clinton in a national poll of likely voters. >> the poll shows clinton enjoying an 8 point lead over trump, 50% to 42%. that lead has widened since mid july when clinton held a 4% lead. when we take a look at the four way race, clinton leads the pack with 8 points. meanwhile, more republicans are breaking rank with their own party choosing not to support donald trump. republican congressman from virginia announced he is supporting gary johnson. that's the first congressional endorsement for johnson for

president. retiring new york congressman said he will file for clinton. >> oscarat them oscar pistorious has been injured in jail serving time for the murder of his girlfriend reeva steenkamp. a stolen snake is promming montgomery county officials to ask for your help. the 4-foot long diamond python was stolen yesterday afternoon. it was taken from the natural pet store in the 2800 block of dekalb pike. the pet store released these pictures of the thieves. the snake was in a locked case and is worth $400.

"action news" reporter, trish hartman joins us live with the latest developments on this. trish, what is the newest information? >> >> reporter: well, gray we got new information moments ago, take a look, this is the home where authorities found this family of five yesterday, the berks county district attorney has identified them as mark and megan short and their three children, leana, mark and willow, ages 8, 5 and 2. investigators were here after the family was found inside the home yesterday afternoon. investigators say an apparent note was found inside the home leading them to believe this was a murder suicide.
