it started when the roofs of several row homes collapsed. 10 people were told to get out of their houses as a precaution. lni and peco was called. a man is behind bars after trying to meet up with a teenage boy to have sex. the suspect is 44-year-old charles christman of norristown. police say he used the web to arrange an encounter with a person he believed was a 14-year-old boy. in reality it was an undercover agent. he is now held on $500,000 bail. from our new jersey newsroom, we have learned the names of the two people killed in a car accident in burlington county. 78-year-old blackwell albertson and jean albertson died on route 70 in pemberton township.

albertson was driving and lost control and hit a tree. he died at the scene and his wife died a short time later. the activist known as the knowledge weed man is facing an 11 count indictment. charges include possession and inten to distribute. mercer county narcotics searched his restaurant on east state street back in april. during the search authorities say they seized more than $19,000 worth of marijuana. the 52-year-old is free on bail and will be in court on thursday. an allege said drug dealer is facing a -- aubry spencer was arrested on the 400 block of robinson drive. they found cocaine and marijuana and almost $4,000. he is charged with endangering the welfare of three children. he is now out on bail. a man carrying a backpack

filled with fireworks walked into penn square and was walked out in handcuffs. the man made some sort of threat and everyone was forced to evacuate. the department of homeland security cleared the scene a short time later and everyone was allowed back into the building. a massachusetts community remains on edge tonight following the apparent murder of a young female runner found dead in the woods. police in princeton got hundreds of tips and are urging everyone to take extra precautions. >> reporter: a murder mystery in massachusetts now has some women carrying mace for protection. >> this is very scary. >> we keep our doors locked now. we don't always have to do that here. >> for this to happen we are shocked. >> residents are stunned as police continue to search for a killer. >> a young woman that appears to be a murder victim and you can't

be too careful. >> that victim, vanessa marcot out jogging never made it home. they say she was a victim of sexual assault and had burns on parts of her body. >> very disturbing. that is vicious. >> marcot lived in new york where she worked as an account manager for google. she was in massachusetts visiting her mother until authorities determine if this was a random or targeted homicide, they are asking the public to stay vigilant. >> this is a half mile in a rural area, i would not even call it a sub division, who would be there? who would know about that jogging route just a half mile from her mom's home. it has to be a local. >> for now police say they don't have a motive or suspects but an autopsy is being performed so they can learn how she died.
