we're told an aunt and a grandmother are being book inside police headquarters here in bensalem on child endangerment charges. they apparently left the baby inside the car for 14 minutes, and now we are told that it all played out at target parking lot on rockhill drive-in bensalem. apparently the grandmother and aunt went shopping and left baby inside the car. a passerby noticed the baby and called for help when that baby was rescued it was 115 degrees. the aunt and grandmother apparently told police they had forgotten the baby. >> i don't know how someone forgets you leave a one year-old in the koran one of the most blistering days of the year. they went in shopping and they were going about their business. luckily there was a off-duty philadelphia police office their witnessed this as well and he opened up the car door and able to get the car door opened with some sort of lock out tool. bensalem police arrived and the officer was attending to the job. >> is there not much to be

word on any pop up storms. don't forget to stay connect by following each of our meteorologists on twitter and facebook. we're following developing news, the teenager has been shot and killed in philadelphia's kensington section. it happened around 2:00 this a afternoon on the 2,000 block of east orleans street. police say that is where they found the 16 year-old shot inside a car and was rushed to temple hospital where he was pronounced dead no arrests have been made. two people were killed in a car crash this afternoon in east falls. police say that the driver of a volvo, who was speeding down lincoln drive around 3:00 o'clock when he went over median and hit a car. the 23 year-old man inside the volvo died at the scene. the driver of the other car was taken to einstein medical center where she died from her injuries. driver of the third car, involved, was not hurt. more than 50 west philadelphia residents had their water shut off at this hour because of a water main break that happened this morning. it happened around 7:00 o'clock in the intersection of the haverford avenue and 61st street.

police officers and their families enjoyed much needed rest and relaxation in the somerton section today. the philadelphia club hosted a police office's appreciation day, all officers received free admission with food, beverages, the event was a way to say thank you for officers to putting their lives on the line to protect the community. dozens stopped by new hope automobile show this morning to check out cool antique and classic cars. show took place at new hope solebury school parking lot. this event is now a 59 year
