we're told an aunt and a grandmother are being book inside police headquarters here in bensalem on child endangerment charges. they apparently left the baby inside the car for 14 minutes, and now we are told that it all played out at target parking lot on rockhill drive-in bensalem. apparently the grandmother and aunt went shopping and left baby inside the car. a passerby noticed the baby and called for help when that baby was rescued it was 115 degrees. the aunt and grandmother apparently told police they had forgotten the baby. >> i don't know how someone forgets you leave a one year-old in the koran one of the most blistering days of the year. they went in shopping and they were going about their business. luckily there was a off-duty philadelphia police office their witnessed this as well and he opened up the car door and able to get the car door opened with some sort of lock out tool. bensalem police arrived and the officer was attending to the job. >> is there not much to be
