trying to figure out who shot and killed a man in kensington and why. the action cam was along the 1800 block of east modson street as they marked shell katsings and the victim was shot in the chest at 4:30 this morning and rushed to temple hospital and pronounced dead a short time later. no one has been arrested . police in ocean county picked up a suspect accused of possessing child pornography. 54-year-old carlos rojas was arrested on point pleasant beach. police confiscated hard drives and computer there's. rojas will be the subject of an immigration detainer. and the search is on for the man that robbed a philadelphia bank today. police gave us pictures of the crime in progress at the republic bank branch on frankford avenue. the man gave the teller a note

and demanded money and got away with an unknown amount of cash. he was last seen on frankford this morning and he is considered armed and dangerous. a local mom is facing questions over why her 3-year-old son was walking alone on a busy street today. police believe this video shows the child seen there on mcdade boulevard in collingdale at 7:15 this morning. officers found him safe after someone called 911. the boy had been staying with his ufrkle just a few blocks away and investigators are trying to determine how he got out of the home and wound up next to trolley tracks and heavy traffic. >> don't believe there is criminal charges pending but i could be wrong, on the face of what i heard maybe some parenting skills need to be fine tuned. take care of this kid so he has a bright future.
