parking lot of a beer distributer in the crescentville section. the victim is in critical condition at einstein medical center. the three people approached him and brutally beat him. no arrests have been made. new video this morning that you have to see. this captures a robbery at a septa station, a man pulls a gun, you see him there, he pulls the gun from his backpack and demands the women gives up her purse. this happened 6:15 web platform. market frankford line, take a good look if you know the person or have any information call septa police. and to the city to learn who is responsible. >> reporter: this is 27-year-old mike smith of south philadelphia. he said on wednesday night he was jogging around the neighborhood working out when he arrived at the traffic light pole at 20th and oregon. i had my ankle weights on and i leaned up against the pole. i felt like somebody punched me in the back of the head. i lost my sight. >> reporter: paramedics transported him to penn presbyterian hospital where he was treated for electric shock. he would learn that he came in contact with exposed wires at the bottom of the pole. his father called to report the problem. who did you call? >> my father called peco. >> reporter: when he noticed the problem had not been fixed he contacted us.
