road at 1:30 a.m. investigators are working to get a description of the vehicle or vehicles involved in this. also new, flames sent two people scrambling from a chester county home. you see the scene there, firefighters could not stop the fire from destroying that house in east brandywine township. the call to the 100 block of ridge wood circle came in just after 11:00 p.m. we are told that everyone got out safely. the cause of the fire is under investigation. a victimle -- vigil is set for tonight for a young camden girl who was shot playing on the porch. 8-year-old gabriel carter died from her injuries yesterday. her father thanked supporters for all their prayers. the reward offered leading to the shooter stands at $12,000. officers have flooded the streets looking for evidence and handing out flyers. right now what they need is help from the public. >> we're hoping to get

recovering after being shocked by exposed wires on a city street. >> reporter: this is 27-year-old mike smith of south philadelphia. he said on wednesday night he was jogging around the neighborhood working out when he arrived at this traffic light pole at 20th and oregon. >> i had my ankle weights on i leaned up against the pole. i tried to relax and stretch on the pole. >> reporter: he said suddenly he got the shock of his life. >> i felt like somebody punched me in the back of the head i seen stars. >> reporter: paramedics took him to penn presbyterian hospital where he was treated for electric shock. he learned he came in contact with exposed wires at the bottomful -- of the pole. who did you call.
