fallout from clinton's pneumonia diagnosis. >> just moments ago, clinton took to twitter herself to say she's feeling better and on the road to recovery. we'll hear from a local doctor about the effects pneumonia can have on the body and how long recovery can take in a moment but first abc's kenneth moton is live in washington with more on the new details from hillary clinton's campaign. kenneth. >> reporter: rick and monica, those tweets from hillary clinton started to roll in about 15 minutes ago. she also thanked well wishers and she said in a tweet "like anyone who has ever been home sick from work i'm just anxious to get back out there." a september surprise in the race for president. hillary clinton off the trail recovering from pneumonia her rival donald trump on the trail and on the attack. >> she divides people into baskets as though they were objects not human beings. >> reporter: trump in baltimore seizing on clinton's comments at a fundraiser

facing trustworthiness issues. clinton as campaign says she'll be rehe leasing additional medical records next week and called on trump to do the same. trump says he'll do just. that he says he'll release the details of a physical that he took last week later on this week. now trump's fitness will be the focus of daytime television when he appears on a talk show wednesday monica. reporting live here in washington, kenneth moat he ton channel6 "action news." >> thank you, kenneth. for more on hillary clinton's health we turn to ali gorman. she continues our coverage from the big board now. ali. >> monica, pneumonia is a common infection but you add in the heat, medications and likely not a lot of rest and it's going to take a toll. secretary hillary clinton is seen being held up by aides and wobbling as she left the 9/11 memorial ceremony sunday. her campaign says she was feeling overheated. it was also revealed she was diagnosed with pneumonia on friday.

>> can you check that please. >> internal medicine dr. david targin at lankenau medical center says it's likely community acquired pneumonia. with her schedule being around lots of crowds, shaking hands and holding babies, it can be easy he to pick up germs. >> doing what she's doing for a living she got the bug somehow and it got into her lungs. >> mrs. clinton was prescribed antibiotics and she had said she was taking antihistamines for allergies which can make someone more susceptible for dehydration and heat related illness. >> you have to make sure that you are adequately hydrated drinking enough fluids. >> clinton went to chelsea's home after the incident. she left about an hour later stopping for a picture and smiling. as for pneumonia dr. targin says the recovery takes the right antibiotics and as much rest as possible. he says for a 68-year-old woman, such as secretary clinton, this is vital.

accidentally shot himself inside of a home. police were called to the 2100 block of kumry road in milford township at about 11 o'clock this morning. inside the home a two-year-old was shot. he later died at the hospital. police say it seems like an accident, a tragic accident but it's unclear how the two-year-old had access to a firearm. >> septa is dealing with yet another problem for its regional rail line. train cars that were considered fixed are now being pulled out of service again because of a new problem. the agency announced today the steel pins on the new equalizer beams were showing unexpected wear after less than two weeks of use. septa says the pins apparently rub against the current frame already in place. 14 cars that were put back into service have since been puddles -- pull off the rail. >> aramark cooperation is moving its headquarters but not far. the company says it will leave its highrise on east market

street for a spot closer to the schuylkill river. "action news" reporter sarah bloomquist was at today's announcement. she's live in center city tonight with the details. hi, sarah. >> reporter: hi there, rick. this is the new home of aramark, the former marketplace design center right on the banks of the schuylkill river. you might know it for the big blue wales on the side. this is a big win for the city and the state. of course it means thousands of jobs stay here. it also means big improvements to this building and likely to the surrounding community. >> one,one, two, three. >> reporter: in dramatic fashion, aramark unveiled its new world headquarters at 2400 market street right on the banks of the schuylkill river. the $15 billion global food services company will be the anchor tenant in the building as it's transformed into this modern 600,000 square foot, nine story complex. the announcement was made from atop a building across the river giving a sweeping view of the new site. >> we're excited because it's going to continue to give us the ability to attract some

amazing employees not only now but in the future in a very vibrant city in a beautiful state. >> reporter: aramark's lease is expiring at its namesake tower at 1101 market street in 2018. months ago the company announced it would stay in philadelphia, a big relief considering the company is a major employer in the region. >> aramark is considered a cornerstone in our community. it's located in philadelphia for 55 years. the company employs about 1200 people within the city and 6800 in the greater philadelphia region. >> reporter: 14,000 employees statewide. governor tom wolf said today that the city and state sweeten the pot for aramark with over $20 million in grants and incentive. he sees that as an investment in jobs of course but also a guarantee to bring even more improvements to this section of the city. >> these improvements as you'll see will make the neighborhood that aramark is

going to be occupying better not just for the employees of aramark, not just for the stockholders of aramark but for the people of philadelphia who live and work in and around this place. >> reporter: aramark says this will be an innovative eco friendly building with about 8,000 square feet of terraces so a lot of green space. today 33 gave $100,000 to continue improvements to the schuylkill river trail which again does run right alongside the building. they hope to start transitioning employees here in 2018. live in center city, i'm sarah bloomquist channel6 "action news. >> thank you sarah. a group gathered outside pennsylvania senator pat toomey's office today to demand more for american workers. supporters and volunteers of working america the nonunion arm of the afl-cio pennsylvania rallied today. they asked for tommy's support to raise the minimum wage and sten then the right for workers to unionize. this rally was one of three held statewide today. the others were in pittsburgh and harrisburg. and this statement from

pat toomey's campaign reads in part "senator toomey supports pro growth policies that boost wages across the middle class and create more jobs. toomey is of course running for reelection against democrat katie mcginty. >> a new bill was signed into law today in philadelphia that makes business owners responsible for bad behavior. mayor jim kenney signed bill that highlights several activities that a business owner would have to keep an eye on. including loitering prostitution, litter, gambling and more. if an owner doesn't get help to deal with the issues and is cited three times in 60 days, they could be ordered to stop operations. >> football the carson wentz era is off to a good start for the eagles. yesterday was wentz's first regular season test and it's safe to say he passed with flying colors. the rookie threw 278 yards and two touchdowns leading the eagles to a 29-10 win over the cleveland browns. head coach doug pederson spoke about that win and what he is expecting from wentz

bob brooks channel6 "action news. rick. >> bob thank you. we have some breaking news to pass along from new castle county delaware at this hour. chopper6 is over the scene of an accident involving a truck and a school bus. it happened just before 4:30 this afternoon along the northbound lanes of route 896 near brennan drive in bear delaware. that's the school bus we're looking at right now. meals say about 18 kids were on the bus at the time. they attend the delaware first state academy. six of them suffered minor injuries. the investigation is being handled by delaware state police to find out exactly what happened here but again, an accident involving a truck and a school bus, six kids suffering minor injuries. we'll continue to follow the story and bring you more as it becomes available to us. we'll be right back. when it comes to risking social security on the stock market...

>> time for accuweather at the "action news" big board. >> that's right. meteorologist cecily tynan here to talk about the week ahead. how is it looking. >> looking pretty good. certainly starting out beautiful. we are live on sky6 taking a look at philadelphia international airport seeing blue skies and sunshine really very few clouds. one cloud right there in the distance and right now temperatures very comfortable. philadelphia 82 degrees, allentown 79, wilmington 81. we he do have what's known as a sea breeze front that's very close to the i-95 corridor. this is where we have the winds off the ocean. cape may 74 degrees and you can really see that front with the dewpoints. west of that sea breeze front it's very dry. dewpoints in the 40's feeling a little bit like fall. east of it dewpoints a little bit higher generally in the 60's but still looking really nice, very comfortable conditions. satellite6 along with action radar slowing we showing --

and carson wentz shines during his nfl debut yesterday earning the eagles first wip of the season. jaime apody has more from coach pederson. >> now the details. murder of a young woman in trenton on friday set off a deadly chain of events in the city over the weekend. two men were targeted at a shell gas station another person was stabbed in a laundromat just this morning. police are trying to determine if this is just a spike in violence or the new normal. new jersey correspondent nora muchanic spoke with concerned residents live outside that shell gas station with more. nora. >> reporter: hi there monica. it's been a violent few days in trenton. police say the common denominator in two of the shootings including a double murder at this gas station appears to be neighborhood disputes that people decided to settle with guns. >> it just makes for a horrible weekend. that's trenton police director ernie parry. the violence began friday here on the 200 block of spring street when 20-year-old keonna hughey was found shot to death inside her apartment the victim of a robbery. fast forward to early sunday

morning first a man was wounded in a drive by shooting at calhoun and passaic. three hours later two men were killed in a shooting at this shell gas station at greenwood and chambers. they included 21-year-old kordrese robinson and jahday twisdale. >> the firearm is a great equalizer if you will and unfortunately we have a lot of firearms that are in this city illegally. >> reporter: parry says neighborhood disputes are a factor in both sunday's double murder and drive by shooting. >> it's sad. very sad. >> reporter: why? >> because of all the killing. my ground son just got shot to death in april. >> reporter: helen johnson's grandson 26-year-old jermaine johnson was gunned down in a drive way. his uncle says there are too many guns and young people ready to use them. >> violence, drugs, you know, i mean all that plays a part, you know. they don't -- they don't care about they self. they he not going care about

nobody else. >> reporter: the police director is asking the public for help reminding everyone that information can be given anonymously by going to trenton police.com and clicking on the my block tab. >> making our plea to them that hey you need to be involved. if you know something you really need to let us know. >> reporter: police tell me they've identified two suspects in the shooting of that young woman on friday. fair jail in pennsylvania on other charges. they're still looking for information about the sunday shootings and a establishing that took place at a laundromat or near a laundromat on south clinton avenue this morning. they're asking if you know something, please call them. live in trenton, i'm nora muchanic channel6 "action news." rick. >> all right, nora, thank you. also from our new jersey news room tonight a clementon camden county man is accused of stealing his neighbor's wifi to download child pornography. he's behind bars on $150,000 bail. initially the detectives with high tech crimes went to a home on woodmill drive and confronted the owner who had

no knowledge of the crimes. an investigation revealed that the owner's neighbor 55-year-old louis lasalle had allegedly pirated his neighbor's wifi which was not password protected. he is suspected of downloading 33,000 pornographic images and 700 videos. chopper6 hovered over firefighters as they battled a blaze in sharon hill delaware county this morning. the fire department tells "action news" the crews found live wires on the house when they first arrived here on calcon hook road. because of that they had to wait until power was shut off before they could put out the flames. fortunately no one was injured. >> also in delaware county a crash along the blue route is causing traffic tieups this afternoon. chopper six over the scene a short time ago in radnor township. two cars collided in the southbound lanes near the county line road overpass just after 3:30. we do know people were injured in the crash. they were taken to the hospital for treatment. drivers should expect delays in that area. the search is on in ocean county for an alleged peeping tom who has been taking

pictures of unsuspecting women in dressing rooms at a local target store. brick township police released these surveillance image on the man. they say he reached under the stall doors with his phone to take pictures on two different days august 29th and then again friday september 9th. investigators say he drives an older model bmw with tinted windows. we're asked to call detectives if you recognize this man. >> the united states is urging all sides in syria's civil war to follow a nationwide ceasefire that has now taken effect. secretary of state john kerry says there's been a reduction in violence since the truce began at sundown. kerry negotiated the truce with russia. they are key allies of syrian president bashar al sad's government. as we said calm remains for now. a healthy baby boy was born a -- aboard a migrant rescue vessel in the

mediterranean sea. the charity ship aquarius tweeted image the newborn. dad and the baby's two big brothers were there with mom as well. the infant's dramatic entry into the world comes after more than 2,000 migrants were rescued in 18 sea miix -- missions zone. a grand jury will decide whether -- a special prosecutor appointed in july to investigate an alleged coverup in the october 2014 shooting death of 17-year-old laquan mcdonald. she said the grand jury is the fairest way to handle the case instead of making charging decisions on her own. officer jason van dyk is charged with murder in mcdonald's death. he pleaded not guilty. >> in tennessee the memphis fire director is calling it the most tragic loss of life in a single fire there since the 1920's. nine people from the same family died in a blaze overnight. memphis firefighters rushed to the house when someone inside called 911. investigators are still looking for the cause but they

know the blaze started in the living room. they also say the house had a security door and bars on the windows which hampered the family's escape. three adults and six children died. another child is still in the hospital in critical condition. in world news tonight with david muir we'll have much more on today's top stories around the nation including that tragic fire in memorial fills. you can watch that following "action news" at 6:00. >> time for an update on the highways and by ways tonight with matt pelman. >> time to see what's rolling. hey, matt. >> traffic is not matching the weather that's for sure on this beautiful monday evening. we've got a bunch of problems including an accident here on the schuylkill expressway eastbound side approaching spring garden. you can see police now on the scene. the good thing is everything is off to the side. so, the eastbound lanes are all opened as you head toward the phils game but the traffic in them is moving really slowly and the westbound traffic just as bad, 34 minutes in both directions. that's a 20 minute delay either way on the schuylkill. now just off the schuylkill on the vine, not a whole lot better. a sea of headlights and

you can seat ducks on the delaware and a fairly cloudless sky today at times some puffy cumulus clouds in new jersey but that is about it. and relief, yes, it is here. 95 degrees, three days in a row from thursday, friday, saturday with that heat wave that was four days long, number seven of the year and it quickly dropped off on sunday down to 85 degrees. today our high came in at 84 and as nice as today felt, it is still 4 degrees above normal. we he have been running with temperatures way above average through the majority of the summer season so once we start to fall back to normal, it is going to feel pretty cool. 79 quakertown, 79 pottstown, saint davids 76 degrees right now kennett square sitting at 80, martins creek at 83 degrees and some cooler numbers in eastern and southern new jersey with that sea breeze and easterly wind all the way far west as hammonton as well as browns mills. 73 to 78 degrees there. and then you bump on the other side of the front 80 in glassboro and 82 degrees in

cinnaminson. high pressure in control suppressing the heat and the humidity down to the carolinas and you can see the trajectory of those clouds and showers. it's not moving to the north. it's moving from the southwest to the north and east so this high will remain in control here as we get into tuesday. but for tonight it's clear, it's calm, that fall feeling, some fresh air, if you can crack the windows opened 53 in the suburbs, 63 for center city with a very light wind out of the south-southeast two to 4 miles an hour. in the city of philadelphia tomorrow, warm afternoon with a lot of sunshine, south-southwesterly wind four to 8 miles an hour. those temperatures are going come up a little more. then today by a couple of degrees but again we at least keep the low humidity sticking around for your tuesday. lehigh valley lots of sunshine, again low humidity there as well. temperature sitting at 84 degrees. and if you're heading to the shore or staying there for an extra day, winds will come in off of the water so a lot of sun, a cool sea breeze. so tomorrow in atlantic city

and all shore points you can expect temperatures to top off in the upper 70's. the exclusive accuweather 7-day forecast, 86 tomorrow. warmer but low humidity and then near record heat for one day here, the middle of the week on wednesday. 91. with humidity. a cold front comes in wednesday night but really the rain with this front is going to kind of fall apart so to speak. it will evaporate. so we're not looking at any beneficial rain as we drop the temperatures going into thursday. in fact, thursday it is beautiful, low humidity, 80 degrees which is average for this time of year. and then we go back above normal but it's still gorgeous on friday, 82. sun and clouds saturday, 84 degrees. second half of the weekend there's the potential that it could be a little wet here at times on sunday, low 80's and some sun returning on monday with a leftover shower or two at 84 degrees. so, overall, temperatures stay above normal over the next seven days, but with no humidity and temperatures in the 80's it's going to feel pretty good.

"action news" reporter walter perez is lie outside the home where police are now executing a search warrant tonight. walter. >> reporter: as you mentioned rick authorities finally executed the search warrant for the home there. a lot of investigators sign inside that homeworking to find out the circumstances of the shooting of that two-year-old boy. distraught friends and family along with a slew of investigators could be seen coming and going from this home all afternoon. it's all in response to the shooting death of a two-year-old boy identified as benjamin austin smith. the crime section commander for pennsylvania state police troop m says despite the realities his office face every day nothing really prepares you for cases like these. >> extremely difficult. the fact that the trooper on scene had a two-year-old and we all feel it. so
