directions of 422 near 113 in montgomery county today. two people were hit by a car at 4:30 this afternoon in upper providence township. it's up clear how serious they were injured. but a medical chopper did fly one victim to the hospital. major traffic problems remain in the area. the eastbound lanes of 422 remain closed. avoid that area in possible. this man, mark epps of philadelphia is wanted tonight for allegedly slashing his girlfriend's throat and leaving a trail of blood that spanned two counties. k-9s help to track the blood and the murder weapon all the way to southwest philadelphia. gray hall is at the murder scene. >> reporter: monica, police say this crime was gruesome and violence and they followed the trail of blood for over a mile

and they are desperately trying to track the person responsible down. >> i am tired of this, this killing going on and they need to do something about this. she leaves behind an 11-year-old daughter. >> an outcry of justice of 32-year-old natasha gibson. police say she was murdered early thursday morning. investigators say she was on her way to visit a friend but before she could get there she was attacked. when she never showed up the friend went looking for her. and discovered her body just feet from the home. >> i want justice for my daughter. my daughter was murdered and this is not right, not right. >> gibson says that the boyfriend is the person of interest. and he was recently released from prison and according to family members threatened her life for the past month. >> we found the 32-year-old female laying across the front
