the forecast at this hour. >> reporter: all right, guys, it's a little brrrr this morning, temperatures feel chilly. we dropped into the 40s and 50s and some locations have bottomed out in the 30s. the poconos you dropped down 37 and now you're up to 42. lehigh valley dropped to 43. allentown is up to 450. philadelphia, 53. millville, 49. cape may, the villas, 53. wilmington, 50. trenton, 49 degrees, a chilly start, most locations are anywhere from 15 to 20 degrees cooler than the same time yesterday. on top of that, we have clear skies. as the sun continues to climb you'll see nothing but bright blue here from start to finish. promises to be a gorgeous finish to the weekend. eagles taking on the steelers, 425 start time, lincoln financial field battle the unbeated, 71 degrees is the kickoff temperature by the 4th

"action news" reporter, bob brooks has more. >> reporter: it's a chilling fight, a fallen hero, christopher leach is covered by an american flag. it was a home on lake view road, flames erupted 3:00 a.m., she said she and her family made it out before the crews arrived. >> they must have thought somebody was trapped inside, because it's a family of 8, all 8 got out. >> reporter: officials say the floor collapsed and lieutenant leech leemp -- christopher leach and three others fell to the about the same time, jerry fickes also seen here.

more heartbreak the sight of lieutenant christopher leach's children crying and consoled by family and friends. >> for those who believe in your love, death is not the end, nor does it destroy the bonds you have forged in our lives. >> reporter: lieutenant christopher leach was a 1994 graduate of the school. we were told stories of the firefighters who lost their lives, jerry fickes worked out of station four draped with black bunting. >> one of the toughest guys i know, when i want to his house, he has pullup bars in every single doorway of his house. >> lieutenant christopher leach was a leader at a young age. >> he was a guy you looked up to no matter where you want in live. he was a hero on and off the job. >> reporter: in the video we saw tears she had at the ceremony, there were tears shed at the

scene and a lot of hugs with firefighters. today is a day filled with tragedy, bob brooks, channel 6 "action news." >> we have a developing story out of the rawnhurst section of philadelphia. police are looking for a driver who ran into a man and sped off. the action cam was at the scene where the hit-and-run driver abandoned the car. this is 2100 block of shelmire avenue. the vehicle shows how hard the victim was hit. the man's body dented the hood and smashed the windshield. the car hit the man at 1:45 a.m., and the victim has life threatening injuries. police are processing the car to find the owner. >> overnight police in washington state released information about the gunman under arrest for the mall massacre. 20-year-old arcan cetin is a turkish immigrant, he was caught near his home and carrying a satchel with a computer in it.

a judge told him in december he was not allowed to pose a firearm. he is accused of using a rifle to shoot and kill four women and a man inside a macy's store north of the seattle. at a news conference overnight police did not announce a motive. they are sorting this out. a witness to the shooting talked about what he saw coming up in the next half-hour. meanwhile, charlotte police have released two different angles of the deadly shooting of a black man by one of his officers. the video shows this one released by the man's family. police say they did find a gun on him. jennette reyes has more on what both sides are saying. >> reporter: the videos are over 3 minutes long but they give insight to the fatal officer-involved shooting that sparked protest in charlotte for several days now. >> we want justice. >> reporter: the body camera video begins with the officer

running toward keith scott's suv. one officer has the gun aimed at the window and yes, sir at scot to get out. the cameras shake as the officer swings his baton trying to shatter the passenger side window. the dash cam video from a different angle shows two officers with their guns drawn taking cover behind a white pick up. the 43-year-old gets out and walks backwards with his hands by his side. it is not clear if he has a gun. seconds later you hear four gun shots and scott falls to the ground. >> we saw the handle gun when he was in the vehicle, we know of one officer that fired at this point. those are the details which are still on going. >> reporter: along with the video police released the images of what they alleged are scott's handgun and ankle holster. 89 police officer -- the police officer said he perceived scott

as a threat. >> when you look at the dash cam footage and the time frame between mr. scott stepping out of his vehicle to the moment he passes away on the basement, do those actions, do those precious seconds justify this shooting? >> scott's family members say even with the video, it's hard to see this as a justified shooting. >> unfortunately we are left with far more questions than we have answers. it does not make sense to us how it was possible that this incident resulted in the loss of life. >> reporter: i'm jeanette reyes, channel 6 "action news." >> democratic presidential nominee hillary clinton and republican presidential nominee donald trump will spend part of today meeting with israeli president benjamin netanyahu.

they will prepare for their first debate. trump threatened on twitter to invite gennifer flowers to the debate. the washington post reports that she has agreed to attend. it's in retaliation for the clinton campaign inviting mark cuban to the event. >> the new york times has endorsed hillary clinton's candidacy, they believe her experience as secretary of state makes her more qualified to shape u.s. foreign policy. the paper adds that she has made what it calls occasional missteps, but said trump is the worst candidate put forward by a major party in modern american history. fire marshal will be at the scene of the blaze that claimed the lives of two firefighters. the action cam is live in wilmington right now on the scene of that inferno on lake view road. you can see a memorial is growing, you see the flowers and the american flag there. this is all for the two firefighters who lost their lives while helping save the family that was inside. lieutenant christopher leach and firefighter jerry fickes were killed when the floor gave way in the row home. four other firefighters were injured two of them critically. now, this morning we're hearing for the first time the radio calls as fellow firefighters search for one of their fallen comrads. >> one more subject, the nozzle man from one. >> we have the nozzle man from one. it's the nozzle man from five. we have contact with him we believe he is trapped underneath a piece of flooring in the front

of the dwelling. >> the mother and children inside the homemade it out safely. christopher leach and jerry fickes are the 14th and 15th firefighters to be killed in the line of duty in the history of the wilmington fire department. last night a vigil was held at the school in wilmington where leach graduated. jeff chirico heard from the mom who made it out alive. >> reporter: overcoming by grief -- overcome by grief, the mom couldn't talk about the firefighters who lost their lives in the fire. >> it broken her heart that they passed away through hell. >> reporter: heavy smoke and flames began pouring from the home at 3:00 a.m. >> the smoke was so hot, not the fire, the smoke was burning your face. >> reporter: there were early reports of children trapped, but the mother said everyone had gotten out before fire crews arrived. firefighters entered the home even started up the steps.

>> the floor became soft and brittle and began to start to collapse. four firefighters fell down into the collapse of the floor. two of those firefighters have passed away. >> reporter: crews pulled three from the basement, the raging fire made it difficult to reach the 4th. after an agonizing hour a body was carried away with an american flag draped over it. police saluted as the bodies of fallen were driven to the medical examiner. >> keep us in your prayers, our family is hurting, the entire city is hugger significantly. >> reporter: two firefighters are still in the hospital in stable, but critical condition. >> it's sad. >> reporter: family and neighbors praised their heroism, they are questioning whether the tragedy could have been avoided. >> it's a family of 8 and all 8 got out. >> reporter: there are many questions to be answered including why the firefighters went inside the home if in fact

the family had already gotten out. the state fire marshal is investigating. in wilmington, jeff chirico channel 6 "action news." >> developing overnight, we are learning more about the capture of the mall shooting suspect in washington state. an officer drove right up to him and abc's neil karlinsky has that. >> reporter: a mass murderer are captured on camera and captured by police. >> his name is arcan cetin. >> reporter: investigators arrest the suspect for the murders of five people inside a washington mall. >> i saw an individual walking northbound on the sidewalk and i instantly recognized that is the person i just viewed on my computer. i did an awe bankrupt uturn and hit my lights and pulled my gun and we took the individual into custody. >> i saw there was a gunman holding a rifle and shooting and he saw me i took off running.

jersey man's past is back with the family thanks to a stranger that lives 3,000 miles away. >> reporter: when linda piper opened the package from california and saw what was inside her heart just about stopped. >> touching something that belonged to him, i'm in shock. >> reporter: these are the dog tags her late husband wore when he served in the coast guard in vietnam. he died in 2008, but he hadn't been forgotten by his family or navy veteran kim vincent of california. is he found his dog tags while antiquing out west. she tracked down the woman and returned them. >> it was sad for me last week when i had to drop them in the mail to her i thought we
