neighborhood right now as you can imagine, two firefighters lost their lives and more in the hospital right now. behind me you can see part of the investigation still happening right now. they are working to secure the place up to get inside to look around. also new this morning, we have frantic radio transmission when the firefighters fell through the floor and help was needed. it was a chaotic scene the first floor of the burning with him home collapsed four firefighters were inside and fell into the basement. a frantic radio call for help. >> may day may day, firefighters trapped on the first floor, may day declared. >> all units out except for police calling may day. >> have you made account with the two firefighters. >> negative -- have you made contact with the two firefighters? >> negative. >> reporter: three of the firefighters were pull out quickly that includes a female

in critical condition. >> we have one under the floor we have verbal contact with her, but christopher leach couldn't be reaped for about an hour, chilling video we didn't see him until he was carried away with an american flag draped over him. jerry fickes was lost in the fire, as well. four more firefighters were taken to the hospital. a brief prayer meeting was held at the high school where christopher leach was a graduate in 1994. he leaves behind 3 children. we are told his father loved what he did. >> he was a year younger than me, he was a guy you looked up no matter where you want in life. he was always successful.
