donald trump's tax records. the sometimes said trump declared $916 million loss on 1995 tax returns which could have allowed him to legally avoid paying federal income taxes for up to 18 years. touch's campaign issued a statement that's not required to pay more in taxes than the law requires. it did not deny that he did not pay federal taxes. donald trump sought to turn hillary clinton's words about bernie sanders' supporter against them. >> she ray tacked bernie sanders -- she attacked bernie sanders supporters as living in their parents basement and trapped in deadened careers. >> reporter: no mention of the late night twitter barrage in which he counter attacked against the former universe alicia muchado. trump called her disgusting a

and google play stores. five people are in custody in connection with the shooting in chester, delaware county. a 19-year-old man was shot in the head at a home at 25th and closures street. they were not told of the incident until the victim was driven to the medical center by private call. there's no word on the circumstance of the shooting or led them to the five people. 7:05. two wilmington firefighters who died in a rowhouse fire last week were honored and remembered yesterday at a memorial service. friends and families and co-workers gathered at chase center to remember senior firefighter jerry fickes and lieutenant christopher leach. wilmington fire chief fought back tears as he reflected on their lives and service. joe biden urge each other to lean on each other. >> hold each other tight, because when you do, they will both be there.

>> at the end of the service, jeer we -- jerry fickes was promoted to lieutenant and christopher leach to fire captain. bob brooks will have more on the memorandum arm in the next half-hour. >> federal investigators say all the signals leading into the hoboken terminal were working properly and not a factor in the crash of the new jersey transit train. ntsb has not studied all the signals because they cannot get into the station. ntsb are reviewing security camera footage looking for clues. a federal official said an audit of njt found dozens of safety issues a month before the crash. septa will continue service on all of its regional rail lines. septa pulled 120 silver liner five cars out of service because of a defect.

although repairs are on going, septa said enough cars will be available tomorrow. this morning it is illegal for uber and lyft drivers to operate in philadelphia. it's legal everywhere else. jeanette reyes takes a look at what's change and how it could affect philadelphia public schools. >> reporter: riders say they have no plans to stop using the services and employees say it's business as usual. for this group of girlfriends enjoying a night in old city there's hardly a reason not to like uber and lyft. >> it was personallable, it was nice, it was convenient. >> it was like driving your own car without having to pay for parking. >> reporter: what's wrong with taxi? >> too expensive. >> reporter: news of the company being illegal once again in philly after a 3 month temporary authorization expired didn't go over well. >> reporter: you liked it? >> i loved it.

hurricane matthew. matthew was weakened to a category 4 hurricane with winds at 155 miles per hour. it is heading toward cuba, the u.s. navy base at guantanamo is excavating all nonessential personnel. >> reporter: wouldn't you like to be one of the guys flying in that. a little bit of turbulence on a regular plane -- i couldn't take it. >> i always thought all meteorologists wanted to be in the eye of the storm. >> reporter: as long as i was on the ground. there's a view outside, lots of clouds and mist, the roads are wet there's patchy fog it's starting to reduce the visibility out there.

are down to 150. the thunderstorm is wrapping around the center. that's a sign of strengthening again. it wouldn't surprise if it became a category 5 once again. it is heading due north over the windward passage, over cuba, they are expecting 12 inches of rain. mudslides will be an issue here, as well. it will re-emerge over the atlantic over the bahama islands. the good news all the computer information coming this morning takes the storm out to sea. there's only one forecast model that has an ease coast hit. i don't want to dismiss an east coast threat at this point, but right now the numbers suggest that this storm will stay out to sea. let's hope that scenario continues, the trend continues on the modeling. for today, patchy drizzle and mist, 70 degrees, you'll see a

he will have former mayor rudy giuliani and bernie sanders. a woman was shot in the leg standing on a porch around 2:00 a.m. on d street. the gunman drove away. police have not been given a description of the vehicle. the woman is in stable condition. now to the solemn public memorial for two wilmington firefighters. hundreds came from all across the country including vice president joe biden to honor the lives and sacrifice of jerry fickes and christopher leach. we have some locations where the fog is thicker than that. the roads are wet and weeing -- we're seeing the drizzle and the mist. the good news you just saw on the radar we're not picking up any shades of green. no steady rain is falling. it's fine water droplets, it's misting. 70 degrees is the high, which is a tad under normal which is 72. 60 is the forecasted low. 60 degrees in philadelphia. allentown, somewhat cooler. a lot of times when we're in a pattern like this and stuck in the cloudy and the mist, you have croon form temperatures. -- you'll have uniform temperatures. temperature, wilmington, 62, philadelphia, 60 degrees. everybody is getting in on the same type of atmosphere this morning. thanks to a upper level low.

the winds are blowing in counter clockwise fashion we're drawing the moisture in from the atlantic. that's the case since wednesday afternoon when we first started feeling the influences from the upper level low. the low tomorrow will get on its giddy up and get into canada. we'll see the return of sunshine. today is not that day, another day of clouds, drizzle and misting taking place. later this evening, there could clearing some breaks of sun before the sun sets. other side it's a cloudy day. overnight tonight, showers possible after midnight. tomorrow afternoon we start to see the skies brighten up a bit for the return of at least a little bit of sunshine. that will help to warm the tempts back up into the mid # -- 70s. here's the latest on hurricane matthew. that's the abc islands that's aruba. there's cuba. this storm is turning to the north it will ride up the
