"action news" a picture of the crash scene. a van was pulling the jolly trolley when it flipped south of dewey beach on route 1. two dozen wedding guests were on the ride when it overturned. state police had to shut down the highway for several hours. in north philadelphia, security cameras could help police find a person who shot a 19-year-old woman sitting on a porch on d street around 2:00 a.m. the gunman was able to drive away. police have not been given a description of the vehicle. the woman is in stable condition. the brother of a man shot and killed by philadelphia police after allegedly attacking several people including his own child is now speaking out. police say that christopher sowell stabbed three people including his 8-year-old son. officers ordered him to take his hands out of his pocket. when he did it abruptly nine

in mullica hill, gloucester county. the accident happened at 6:47 a.m. officials have not said if the pedestrian was seriously injured. the driver of the car did stop at the scene. 10:04. this morning five people are in custody in connection with an overnight shooting in chester, delaware county. police say a 19-year-old man was shot in the head at the home of 21st and crozer streets at 9:00 a.m. they learned about the shooting when the victim was driven to the medical from by a private car. no word on how the five people were taken into custody and we're trying to get information on the victim's condition. federal investigators say all the signals going into hockey -- hoboken term station were working. ntsb said they have not studied all the signals balls the train is still in the station.

there's the eye right there, getting ready to take the turn to the north. it's moving slowly northwesterly direction at 5 miles per hour. pressure is falling. maximum stained wind very powerful, 150 miles per hour. there's haiti and cuba and jamaica and slam all the islands over the top of about bahamas. where does it go next? we have a couple of players we're watching. large features in the upper level of the atmosphere. we have a huge atlantic ridge east of bermuda, we have a cold front coming up. there will be a tug of war between these two, if the front wins it will push this out to sea. if the high wins, it will force the storm over the carolinas. we're counting on this front to push this storm out to sea.
