mullica hill road unconscious and unresponsive. those who saw the accident tried to revive the victim. the man died at the scene. the driver remained at the scene. no charges are pending. five people in police custody as police, chester police investigate the shooting of a 19-year-old man. the victim was shot in the head near 21st and crozer street at 9:00 p.m. we're waiting an update on his condition. a 19-year-old him woman is the victim of another shooting on the 3200 block of d street in north philadelphia. she was standing on her porch when someone fired from the car around 1:30 a.m. she is in stable condition. police are looking for the shooter. the wilmington fire department have honored fallen firefighters with posthumous promotions, jerry fickes was

promoted to lieutenant and christopher leach to captain. wilmington's fire chief fought back tears as he spoke about their courage and vice president joe biden was in attendance. he urged the families to lean on each other and the fire community. >> hold each other tight, because when you do, they will both be there. >> firefighters were killed while battling a rowhouse fire. >> investigators are still trying to determine what caused the train crash in hoboken new jersey. they say the event data recorder could hold answers. structure issues are preventing workers from removing the partially crushed new jersey transit train crashed on thursday. one woman died in the incident. ntsb had said signals leading to the terminal arrest working normally. if you're riding septa's regional rails you're in for a

and clouds. one more miserable day to go and things improve by tomorrow. this is the latest on super hurricane matthew. maximum stained winds have weaken a little bit. still a category 4, but the winds are 140 miles per hour. it's drifting slowly to the west at # miles per -- 3 miles per h. here's jamaica and cuba and haiti. the track brings it over the windward passage animal the turks and caicos islands up to the bahamas is it a threat to the east coast later this week into next weekend that's the big concern. the model has it projected by friday morning holding maximum staged winds 105 miles per hour. here's one of the forecast models we cruise, you -- we uses model shows the drifting toward the eastern seaboard. now what the forecast models are

us, two north carolina students have been killed near campus, a 19-year-old woman and 21-year-old man was shot at a house party during an altercation. parents of 6-year-old jacob say the boy showed the family how to love laugh and smile.
