pemberton are scrambling to find a place to live. it's after this, a massive fire that ripped through the pine meadows apartment complex. cell phone video captures the moments before fire crews arrive. >> my girlfriend was sleep. i just hear sirens. i looked out the window i just seen flames everywhere. i'm like oh my goddism at this point we're told this likely isn't an accident and there's video to back that claim up. the pemberton fire department says the state police respect handling the investigation. >> i have a nine-year-old daughter. >> reporter: julio torres news like this is a neither mayor. you hear he has a daughter then just moved here to the pine meadows complex. >> safest thing for this area so i'm kind of reluctant about this neighborhood now. >> reporter: the good news is no one was hurt but the damage is extensive. as you can see in one of the units next to where the fire started the roof is caved in debris has fallen all over the kitchen and right next door in one of the children's room the roof caved in here as well. debris he has fallen all over the toys and all over his
