they turned into burned out homes and police are desperately trying to find the person or persons who did this overnight before they can strike again. it is monday night and the big story on action news tonight is the latest on an arson spree in west philadelphia, live in southwest detectives is action news reporter dann cuellar and what are investigators saying about this? >> reporter: well jim they now have a task force to try and solve the case quickly and help is surveillance footage that captured the arsonist in action. the scene at 56 and master in west philadelphia around 4:20 a man in a hoodie is seen walking up to a dumpster and pouring some type of fluid into it seconds later he ignites it and the dumpster burst into flames right below the bedroom of a family sleeping up stairs. the fire department came quickly against a wall that was cement and did not ignite the whole building.
